Hands-on internship supporting production of drone motors and robotic actuators. Tasks include assembly, production-line setup and improvements, process documentation, quality testing, and contributing to production-ramp projects with reporting and documentation.

Lead end-to-end technical programs across design, engineering, manufacturing, and customer delivery. Drive schedules, identify and mitigate risks, communicate with stakeholders, run status reviews, and optimize program processes to deliver motors and actuators on time and on spec.
