Wellstar seeks CRNAs and AAs for its outpatient anesthesia team to provide anesthetic care across several metro Atlanta outpatient sites. Responsibilities include supporting a range of cases (orthopedics, general surgery, ENT, pediatrics, GI, urology, pain), working M-F approximately 7-4 with no weekends or call. Requires three years' experience.

Provide anesthesia care as a CRNA or CAA within Wellstar's integrated health system, delivering compassionate, high-quality perioperative care and collaborating with care teams.

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, calibration, safety testing, installation and deinstallation of biomedical equipment. Troubleshoot using schematics and service manuals, document work in equipment management software, apply security protocols, collaborate with engineering and IT teams, and support quality and compliance efforts.

Provide hospital-wide RN leadership in absence of administrators: oversee clinical, financial, human and material resources; lead incident command and emergency response; mentor supervisors and charge nurses; ensure safety, quality, performance improvement, Lean Six Sigma application, and effective communication across departments.

Perform diagnostic ultrasound exams, obtain clinical histories, prepare and position patients, operate ultrasound equipment, review and send studies to PACS, maintain quality control, follow sterile technique and safety protocols, and provide patient communication and education.

Provide comprehensive outpatient and inpatient general cardiology care, interpret non-invasive studies (echocardiography, stress testing, EKG, Holter), participate in hospital rounding and consults, share regional call, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and help build the cardiology service line at a new hospital.

Provide nursing care in the cardiac catheterization (cath) lab: prepare patients, monitor vital signs, assist physicians during procedures, administer medications, and maintain required life‑support certifications (ACLS/BLS). Deliver compassionate, safety‑focused patient care as a registered nurse.

Lead and manage Womens Health nursing service line, overseeing nurse managers and staff, budgets, quality and safety, regulatory compliance, performance improvement, and interdisciplinary collaboration to create a center of excellence.

Provide CT imaging across multiple facilities on a float team: perform CT exams, verify patient ID/history, establish IV access, administer contrast, operate scanners and injectors, optimize image quality/ALARA, document in RIS/PACS, perform QC, support workflow and regulatory compliance.
