Manages hospital supply acquisition, inventory replenishment, storage, shipping, receiving, distribution, product recalls, returns, consignment inventory, vendor coordination, and cycle counts. Maintains supply par levels, monitors expirations and freight expenses, supports product conversions and value analysis, ensures regulatory and safety compliance, and serves as a liaison between clinicians, suppliers, and Supply Chain.

Leads Wellstar’s Epic Community Connect program, overseeing affiliate implementations, governance, strategic roadmaps, contracting coordination, stakeholder communications, account management, go-live support, and post-launch stabilization. Serves as the primary liaison between affiliate providers and internal clinical, IT, legal, compliance, finance, HIM, and marketing teams. Develops standardized processes, pricing and resource models, escalation channels, and readiness criteria while managing complex initiatives and executive-level relationships.

Prepare month- and year-end reconciliations and journal entries, assist with financial close and variance analyses, reconcile balance sheet and bank accounts, prepare audit schedules, bill and reconcile miscellaneous accounts receivable, code and approve invoices, perform cash reconciliations, and serve as point of contact for utility accounts.

Leads Wellstar’s CRM and lifecycle marketing strategy, managing multi-channel campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and digital platforms. Oversees customer journeys, audience segmentation, personalization, campaign testing, analytics, governance, and optimization. Partners with marketing, digital, clinical, analytics, IT, and operational teams to improve patient acquisition, engagement, retention, and loyalty while ensuring HIPAA and privacy compliance.

Manages marketing technology integrations, customer data platforms, CRM and digital ecosystem architecture across website and app platforms. Translates marketing needs into technical data solutions, improves data quality and governance, performs GA4 and GTM QA, develops dashboards and automations, and provides analytical insights. Partners with marketing, engineering, compliance, legal, agency and customer experience teams to support personalization, privacy compliance, data lineage, and digital experience optimization.

Serves as a strategic finance partner to clinical, operational, and executive leaders. Leads budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, reporting, variance analysis, and performance dashboards. Evaluates business cases, ROI, profitability, reimbursement, productivity, staffing, and cost-reduction opportunities. Provides recommendations, supports corrective action plans, and contributes to strategic growth, capital investment, physician compensation, mergers, and acquisitions.

Lead multidisciplinary value analysis projects to reduce supply costs, standardize supplies, and optimize utilization. Conduct clinical and financial analyses, negotiate with vendors, track and report savings, present recommendations to stakeholders, and maintain collaborative relationships across clinical and administrative teams.
