Job Summary: Functions under the direction of the ERP Manager, the ERP System Analyst- Supply Chain is responsible for ensuring the various Supply Chain systems, processes, tools and technologies meet the needs of the business. As a key resource within the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Technical team, this role is critical in driving efficiency, effectiveness, and user satisfaction within the Supply Chain function through the strategic use of technology, primarily Workday. This role will work with the business partner to create system specifications, configure the system, test and document changes. This role serves as a technical point-of-contact and technical subject matter expert for the Supply Chain domains within Workday such as Procurement and Inventory. Core Responsibilities and Essential Functions: Collaborate with various stakeholder groups, primarily Supply Chain, for the identification and resolution of issues, evaluating potential system enhancements, upgrades, and/or system conversions. Serve as primary point of contact for Workday related inquires as it relates to Supply chain Responsible for configuring Workday modules, including but not limited to Procurement and Inventory, in collaboration with domain partners Offering ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to address user issues and system enhancements. Triages and resolves tickets the based on established SLAs Independently trouble shoots issue. Communicate resolution timely to end users Support organizational change initiatives related to Workday implementation or upgrades. This involves communicating changes to stakeholders and promoting user adoption. Serve as project and/or subject lead on project varying in sizes and scope. Attends appropriate meetings to keep abreast of project objectives, process workflows and progress of business concepts. Leads and participates in internal controls and audit to support the business domain To include but not limited to change management process and other IT controls and controls determined by Supply Chain Operations. Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and new Workday releases to recommend and implement improvements Engages in continuous learning opportunities to further develop skills and capabilities in technical and functional areas. Performs other duties as assigned Complies with all Wellstar Health System policies, standards of work, and code of conduct. Required Minimum Education:
- Bachelors Computer Science-Preferred or Associates Computer Science-Preferred or High School Diploma General
Required Minimum License(s) and Certification(s): All certifications are required upon hire unless otherwise stated.
Additional License(s) and Certification(s): Required Minimum Experience: Minimum 3 years ERP configuration experience, preferably Workday Required andMinimum 3 years IT experience in a healthcare or related industry Preferred Required Minimum Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to communicate and negotiate with a variety of internal and external stakeholders. MediumAbility to work well in a team environment by accepting and offering constructive feedback, supporting team goals, and encouraging other team members.
