The Finance Specialist will support FP&A and accounting operations by developing forecasts, financial models, budgets, cash projections, and variance analyses. The role prepares KPIs and financial materials for leadership and board reviews, translates financial data into actionable insights, and partners cross-functionally to improve financial systems, reporting, and decision-making. The position requires close collaboration with senior leadership in a fast-paced, remote startup environment.

Develop climate risk indicators, physical and transition risk frameworks, scenario analyses, financial impact assessments, and disclosure-ready methodologies aligned with IFRS S2 and CSRD/ESRS. Validate climate data, assess uncertainty, support regulatory gap analyses, document requirements for product and engineering implementation, and train internal teams on climate risk and disclosure topics.

The Chief of Staff partners with the CEO to build systems that drive growth. The role coordinates across Growth, Sales, Solution Specialists, and go-to-market teams; converts strategic ideas into repeatable processes, campaigns, and qualified opportunities; identifies and escalates problems; uses data and AI for decision-making; and owns high-priority business problems from strategy through execution.

Own end-to-end marketing campaigns that generate qualified pipeline across target segments. Responsibilities include planning and executing webinars, events, trips, content, and sales assets; tracking and optimizing campaign performance; translating technical products into compelling messaging; collaborating with Sales, Product, and leadership; and developing external partnerships for co-created activations.

Own strategic B2B SaaS customer accounts, assess client needs, guide onboarding and data gathering, develop partnership strategies, support renewals and growth, and lead cross-functional teams. Build industry-specific use cases, advise sustainability executives, identify product opportunities, and represent Waterplan at site visits, webinars, and industry events. The role combines analytics, strategy, sustainability, and customer engagement.

Own strategic B2B SaaS customer accounts, assess client needs, lead cross-functional collaboration, and develop partnership strategies that drive renewals, growth, and impact. Serve as a trusted advisor to sustainability leaders, guide onboarding and data gathering, identify product use cases, support customer goals, and provide insights that influence product evolution. Represent Waterplan in client visits, webinars, and industry events.

Build and deploy customer-facing solutions for Waterplan’s AI-powered water-risk platform. Partner directly with customers from onboarding through ongoing use, develop full-stack features and MVPs, integrate third-party systems through APIs, and build AI/ML applications. The role also involves LLM prompting and tuning, managing multiple projects under tight deadlines, communicating technical concepts clearly, and taking independent ownership in a remote startup environment.
