Own strategic B2B SaaS customer accounts, assess client needs, guide onboarding and data gathering, develop partnership strategies, support renewals and growth, and lead cross-functional teams. Build industry-specific use cases, advise sustainability executives, identify product opportunities, and represent Waterplan at site visits, webinars, and industry events. The role combines analytics, strategy, sustainability, and customer engagement.

Own strategic B2B SaaS customer accounts, assess client needs, lead cross-functional collaboration, and develop partnership strategies that drive renewals, growth, and impact. Serve as a trusted advisor to sustainability leaders, guide onboarding and data gathering, identify product use cases, support customer goals, and provide insights that influence product evolution. Represent Waterplan in client visits, webinars, and industry events.

Build and deploy customer-facing solutions for Waterplan’s AI-powered water-risk platform. Partner directly with customers from onboarding through ongoing use, develop full-stack features and MVPs, integrate third-party systems through APIs, and build AI/ML applications. The role also involves LLM prompting and tuning, managing multiple projects under tight deadlines, communicating technical concepts clearly, and taking independent ownership in a remote startup environment.
