Lead Waterplan’s information security program, including security strategy, governance, risk management, regulatory compliance, incident response, security awareness, vendor oversight, and executive reporting. The role also supports IT operations, infrastructure, device management, budgeting, and strategic planning. Candidates should have at least three years of information security experience, entrepreneurial startup experience, strong communication and leadership skills, and be located in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Review, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts, NDAs, and vendor agreements. Manage the contract repository, coordinate vendor onboarding, maintain corporate registrations and compliance records, and support Finance with document and invoice administration. Coordinate signatures, courier shipments, and cross-border document delivery while serving as an internal contact for legal and administrative questions. This is an early-career, hands-on in-house legal role supporting an international climate-tech startup.

The Finance Specialist will support FP&A and accounting operations by developing forecasts, financial models, budgets, cash projections, and variance analyses. The role prepares KPIs and financial materials for leadership and board reviews, translates financial data into actionable insights, and partners cross-functionally to improve financial systems, reporting, and decision-making. The position requires close collaboration with senior leadership in a fast-paced, remote startup environment.
