About the Role

We’re looking for a Strategic Solution Specialist to own key customer accounts and drive their success with Waterplan by turning their pains into long term solutions. You’ll lead internal cross-functional teams, develop long-term partnership strategies, and build use cases that shape our product roadmap and company strategy.

This is a high-impact role that combines analytics, strategy, and client engagement. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders at some of the world’s largest organizations: turning water insights into real business impact.

What You’ll Do
  • Engage with clients to assess their needs to align Waterplan’s value proposition to their goals

  • Act as the main internal owner of your accounts, leading cross-functional collaboration.

  • Build long-term partnership strategies that drive renewals, growth, and impact.

  • Understand customers' businesses, stakeholder dynamics, challenges, and software needs to provide insights and support their milestones.

  • Strengthen relationships with key stakeholders and sustainability executives from top global companies and become a trusted advisor.

  • Develop tailored strategies for specific industries and regions based on client feedback and market trends.

  • Identify and develop new use cases that guide Waterplan’s product evolution from customization to standardization of successful solutions 

  • Assist customers in utilizing the product for business success. Guide them through onboarding, enable data gathering, and support goal-setting to help achieve their water targets.

  • Be able to represent Waterplan in site visits, webinars, and industry events.

About You
  • 2–5 years of experience in consulting, sustainability, analytics, or customer success.

  • Background in industrial engineering, business, economics, or a related analytical field

  • Exceptionally organized & detail-oriented. You are independent, proactive and always on top of your to-do’s; you never miss a thing during a meeting or in your notes. 

  • Curious & creative. Not afraid to dive in and learn new topics, skills and problems. 

  • Strong communicator who knows the importance of why and a good storytelling

  • Passionate about sustainability and data-driven decision-making.

  • Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentBackground in engineering. Environmental, industrial, or related analytical fields.

  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and leading cross-functional efforts.
