About the Role
We are looking for a Finance Specialist to join our team and act as a key partner to leadership, connecting financial planning, reporting, and accounting operations. This role will sit at the intersection of FP&A and Accounting, ensuring financial accuracy while providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
Reporting to the Finance Lead and working closely with the COO, this role will be critical in building scalable financial processes and improving financial visibility across the company.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
• Partner with leadership to develop and maintain short- and long-term financial forecasts, including P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet projections.
• Build and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
• Develop a robust and flexible process for updating corporate forecasts and cash projections.
• Monitor near-term cash position versus forecast and provide actionable insights to optimize cash management.
• Analyze financial results versus budget and forecast, providing clear variance explanations
• Prepare financial materials and KPIs for monthly management reviews, leadership updates, and board meetings.
Cross-functional Partnership
• Work closely with Finance, Accounting, Revenue Operations, and other teams to provide financial insights that drive better business decisions.
• Translate financial data into clear, actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders.
• Contribute to the implementation and improvement of financial tools, systems, and reporting capabilities.
What We’re Looking For
• 3 years of experience in finance, FP&A, or related roles.
• Experience working in fast-paced environments (startups or growing companies a plus).
• Strong understanding of financial statements, forecasting, and cash management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate insights clearly.
• High attention to detail, ownership mindset, and ability to operate hands-on.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally and directly with senior leadership.
• Be located in Buenos Aires.
• Advanced English is required.
