Supports finance operations including bank reconciliations, imprest reviews, expense and invoice workflows, invoice posting, and payroll-related accounting entries. The intern verifies documentation, investigates discrepancies, maintains accurate financial records, supports statutory compliance, and contributes to audit readiness and reporting accuracy.

Manage the full tender lifecycle for oil and gas opportunities, from identifying bids and conducting go/no-go assessments through proposal preparation and final submission. Coordinate technical, commercial, finance, HSE, client, vendor, and government stakeholders. Ensure compliance with Nigerian content regulations, client specifications, industry standards, and documentation requirements. Conduct market and competitor research, develop pricing strategies, maintain tender records, and report progress to management.

Leads procurement, sourcing, and supply chain initiatives for oil and gas operations. Sources and evaluates materials, goods, and services; negotiates with suppliers; manages vendors and contracts; controls costs and budgets; ensures timely delivery; and builds strategic supplier partnerships while maintaining inventory and materials management standards.
