Drives a high-performance culture, supports organizational growth, develops people, leads change, and aligns HR strategy with business objectives. Requires strategic leadership, cross-functional project management, HR best-practice knowledge, and familiarity with the oil and gas industry and technology talent management.

Leads financial management, accounting, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, risk management, audits, regulatory compliance, and internal controls. Provides strategic financial guidance to executives, manages the finance team, oversees cash flow and banking relationships, ensures IFRS and tax compliance, and supports profitability and business growth through financial analysis and planning.
