The Cloud Operations Engineer will optimize and support Vix products in both production and non-production environments, focusing on AWS and DevSecOps practices.

Perform daily, monthly, and yearly reconciliations and reporting; process settlements, invoicing, refunds, chargebacks and journal entries; manage institutions in FPWP and D365; collaborate with customers and finance teams; analyze variances, identify financial risk, and assist with process improvements and documentation.

The Tax Specialist will manage global tax compliance, support transfer pricing, track tax regulations, and drive tax-efficient operations in a tech-led multinational environment.

Build production-ready AI applications, copilots and automations across business functions using LLMs, RAG, vector DBs and cloud integrations. Partner with stakeholders, embed AI into workflows, establish governance and coach colleagues.

The IT Infrastructure Engineer will maintain and support internal infrastructure, networking, and corporate applications, contribute to IT modernization, and provide user support.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will design, develop, and maintain software solutions for public transportation, collaborate with teams, and mentor junior engineers.

Design, build, and maintain scalable AWS-based infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. Automate platform tasks using IaC (CloudFormation, CDK, Terraform) and ensure secure, testable Linux-based deployments. Provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, support system integration and troubleshooting, and participate in Agile delivery.

Lead and enable a Product Owner community, align roadmaps and priorities, translate customer and market needs into product strategy, mentor Product Owners, collaborate with engineering, delivery, commercial and customers, and evolve product practices to scale connected transit products.
