Support delivery of transit and ticketing projects by coordinating technical activities, conducting site surveys, managing equipment/logistics, supporting installations and commissioning, producing documentation, and liaising with customers, suppliers and internal teams to ensure safe, on-time deployments.

Provide technical application support by troubleshooting applications, OS, databases and networks; use logs, monitoring and SQL to diagnose issues; collaborate with customers and engineering; support deployments, testing and documentation; drive reliability improvements.

The IT Infrastructure Engineer will maintain and support internal infrastructure, networking, and corporate applications, contribute to IT modernization, and provide user support.
