Coordinate local HR administration, employment documentation, payroll inputs, employee records, benefits, recruitment support, onboarding and offboarding. Manage office operations, suppliers, health and safety training, team events and employee queries. Ensure accurate, confidential and timely processes while working with group HR, Finance, IT, Talent Acquisition, managers and external payroll partners.

Lead product-wide quality strategy across complex transport systems. Design automation architecture and frameworks for functional, API, integration, regression, performance, and production testing. Embed shift-left practices, strengthen CI/CD quality gates, drive risk-based testing and defect prevention, mentor QA engineers, introduce AI-enabled capabilities, and collaborate with engineering, product, CloudOps, Agile teams, and customers.

Develop and support secure transaction-processing software using Java, C++, and TypeScript. Design automated tests and test harnesses, troubleshoot applications and Linux environments, work with AWS infrastructure, and improve CI/CD, build, and deployment processes. The role requires strong problem-solving skills across multiple technology layers and experience with payments, financial systems, transaction processing, or related integrations.
