Provide second- and third-line support for public transport applications, data feeds, cloud platforms, remote devices, and integrations. Investigate incidents, diagnose application and connectivity issues, own resolutions, communicate with stakeholders, and escalate effectively. Support AWS-based systems, use command-line tools and SQL, create knowledge articles, and collaborate with engineering teams to improve reliability, deployments, and customer outcomes. The role is predominantly home-based with occasional UK office travel and an on-call rota.

Manage the finance function for Scandinavian entities across Sweden and Denmark. Responsibilities include month-end and year-end close, management reporting, reconciliations, budgeting, forecasting, project accounting, cash flow, treasury, audits, statutory compliance, VAT reporting, financial controls, and process improvement. The role partners with operational leaders and global finance teams to provide financial insight, manage project performance, and support business decisions.

Own and coordinate global corporate, indirect, transfer pricing, and tax governance activities across multiple jurisdictions. Manage compliance, provisions, audits, tax authority relationships, reporting, and legislative monitoring. Advise leaders on contracts, market entry, acquisitions, restructuring, and international expansion while improving tax controls, processes, and reporting. Partner with Finance, Legal, Commercial, and Executive teams and support finance transformation initiatives.
