Review aerial imagery and property records to update parcel data, enter and edit information in internal systems and PDFs, ensure accuracy and consistency, meet daily targets, and communicate with the team to support workflows.

Lead technical owner for a legacy CAMA application: maintain and enhance Delphi/SQL systems, modernize SDLC (GitHub, documentation, releases), triage requests with support teams, perform data conversions, and provide weekly plans and cross-functional technical leadership to ensure reliability for 45 customers.

Perform on-the-ground inspections of real estate in Pike County, verifying and recording physical property details, submitting progress reports, interacting professionally with the public, and working full-time outdoors.

Lead product lifecycle for CAMA and Tax solutions: define roadmap, translate regulatory and market needs into requirements, prioritize backlog, engage customers and stakeholders, support go-to-market and RFPs, and produce communications and deliverables to drive product adoption and profitability.

Perform on-site inspections to verify, gather, and record physical descriptions of real estate properties. Report progress regularly, represent the reassessment team professionally to the public, and work full-time in Potter County, PA, often outdoors.

Perform parcel inventories and data entry to maintain accurate property records: analyze aerial imagery, update CAMA systems and PDF dwelling sketches, verify land classifications, identify discrepancies, and support quality standards and project timelines in a hybrid remote role.

Manage all aspects of mass appraisal reappraisal projects including desktop and final value review, data entry, sales/statistical analysis, valuation modeling guidance, hearings, client communication, staff training, and coordination with data and statistics teams. Maintain client relationships and perform occasional travel within Ohio.

Provide day-to-day software and database support for Vision's CAMA software, troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, document clear case notes, advocate customer needs to influence the product roadmap, support implementations and upgrades, and collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
