Profiles, normalizes, and validates incoming data; monitors and troubleshoots production ETL processes; builds SSIS packages; performs database schema changes; supports client and data-source onboarding; conducts data quality checks; investigates reported issues; communicates technical problems to business and development teams; and documents ETL workflows and schedules.

Manage mass appraisal and reappraisal projects, including property data review, valuation modeling, statistical analysis, hearings, client communication, and field reviews. Coordinate with data and statistics teams, oversee database updates, train junior staff, manage stakeholders, and maintain client and taxpayer relationships. The role requires occasional travel throughout Ohio and experience with CAMA or similar appraisal systems.

Leads growth and performance for the New England market, owning revenue, bookings, profitability, client relationships, project delivery, and team development. Responsibilities include developing market plans, partnering on sales proposals and pricing, overseeing projects, managing key accounts, forecasting, controlling costs, recruiting and coaching employees, improving operating practices, and planning for long-term regional expansion. Success is measured by revenue growth, margins, client satisfaction, retention, staffing, and project performance.
