About the Role 

We are seeking a Regional Leader to drive the growth and performance of our New England market, a critical market in our footprint with significant anticipated growth. 

This is a high-impact leadership role with responsibility for revenue growth, profitability, client relationships, project delivery, and team development. The ideal candidate is a commercially minded leader who can build strong client relationships, develop talent, and translate market opportunities into sustainable business growth. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Drive Growth: Own the New England market growth plan, revenue, bookings, and sales pipeline. Partner with business development teams on proposals, major opportunities, workplans, and pricing. 

  • Deliver Results: Oversee revenue-generating projects and ensure successful delivery against scope, schedule, budget, and margin expectations. 

  • Lead Client Relationships: Build and maintain strategic client relationships, oversee key accounts, and serve as a senior escalation point when needed. 

  • Own Profitability: Drive regional gross margin performance through disciplined resource planning, project oversight, forecasting, and cost management. 

  • Build the Team: Recruit, retain, coach, and develop high-performing talent while ensuring staffing and capabilities are aligned with current and future market demand. 

  • Improve the Business: Establish consistent operating practices, identify efficiencies, and implement initiatives that improve quality, productivity, and profitability. 

  • Plan for the Future: Maintain a clear view of the region’s five-year outlook, anticipate market opportunities and risks, and align resources and investments to support sustained growth. 

What Success Looks Like 

Success in this role means growing the New England market, strengthening client relationships, delivering projects profitably, and building a high-performing team positioned for continued expansion. 

Key measures include revenue and bookings growth, gross margin, client retention and satisfaction, employee retention, staffing, project performance, and execution of the regional growth plan.

  • Proven leadership experience in a growing business, market, or region 

  • Strong commercial and financial acumen with a track record of driving revenue and profitability 

  • Experience managing complex projects and client relationships 

  • Ability to partner effectively with sales/business development teams 

  • Demonstrated success recruiting, developing, and retaining talent 

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills 

  • Strategic thinker who is equally comfortable driving day-to-day execution 

  • Willingness to travel as needed to clients and/or conferences
