Manage and grow a portfolio of agent clients for the Vietnam market via inbound/outbound calls. Onboard new agents, prospect and close deals, increase transaction volume and profitability, monitor pricing and competitors, resolve agent issues, support field sales, and travel frequently (domestic and international).

Lead marketing analytics by developing dashboards, forecasting, and measuring campaign/product performance across customers, agents, geographies, and channels. Supervise a small team (analyst and buyer), manage ViaMall operations and reporting, perform geographic and competitor analysis, and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to convert data into actionable recommendations.

Design, develop, and execute manual and automated tests for web and Windows applications. Create test cases for front-end, APIs, and back-end systems, report reproducible bugs, define automation strategy, review requirements, and collaborate with product and development teams to ensure software quality.
