Develop and manage a portfolio of money-transfer agents in Vietnam through telephone outreach, account servicing, prospecting, onboarding, pricing support, and issue resolution. The role aims to increase transaction volume and profitability, monitor competitors and market trends, support field sales, and maintain agency relationships. It requires bilingual English and Spanish communication, CRM proficiency, sales-cycle knowledge, periodic international and domestic travel, and strong customer-service and problem-solving skills.

Responsible for recruiting and supporting money-transfer agent locations within an assigned territory. Duties include lead generation, prospect conversion, sales growth, agent onboarding, product installation and training, relationship management, competitor monitoring, collections support, compliance training, and equipment replacement. The role requires meeting sales targets, extensive field visits, bilingual communication, and travel up to 80% of the time.

Manage and grow a portfolio of agent clients for the Vietnam market via inbound/outbound calls. Onboard new agents, prospect and close deals, increase transaction volume and profitability, monitor pricing and competitors, resolve agent issues, support field sales, and travel frequently (domestic and international).
