Lead global talent acquisition strategy and full-cycle recruiting across the United States and Philippines while supporting recruiters in Mexico and Colombia. Manage Lever ATS, sourcing, employer branding, recruiting metrics, compliance, job benchmarking, and candidate experience. Partner with senior leaders on workforce planning, hiring decisions, career pathways, and succession planning. Coach local recruiters, maintain talent pipelines, support HR operations, and improve recruiting procedures and SOPs.

Supports and optimizes the Viamericas Loyalty Program by analyzing performance, monitoring KPIs, managing rewards operations, developing email and SMS campaigns, conducting segmentation, preparing reports, troubleshooting program issues, and recommending strategies to improve participation, retention, engagement, and reward redemption. The role also coordinates loyalty enhancements, manages incentive requests, supports budgeting and ROI analysis, and collaborates with internal teams and technology partners.

Designs and executes manual and automated tests for web and Windows applications, including front-end interfaces, APIs, and backend systems. Develops test cases, plans testing strategies, identifies and documents defects, validates requirements, supports automation processes, and collaborates with product owners and development teams. The role requires SQL Server expertise, analytical problem-solving, strong communication, and the ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
