Monitors and expedites mechanical equipment manufacturing at vendor facilities, tracking progress, resolving bottlenecks, coordinating procurement and quality stakeholders, and ensuring delivery schedules and specifications are met. Conducts vendor visits, participates in Factory Acceptance Tests, prepares progress reports and recovery plans, and presents updates to project teams and management.

Build and optimize scalable backend services, APIs, microservices, frontend applications, databases, search systems, event-driven workflows, and AI-powered data pipelines. The role involves Python, Node.js, React, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, cloud infrastructure, messaging systems, scraping, OCR, testing, debugging, observability, and performance optimization.

Generate, qualify, and nurture MSME leads through inbound and outbound calls and digital platforms. Understand customer needs, explain products at a basic level, handle initial objections, schedule qualified opportunities for field sales and site visits, maintain accurate CRM records, and meet calling, qualification, and conversion targets.

Coordinates electrical and control-system vendors for manufacturing, inspections, FAT, progress tracking, reporting, and dispatch. Reviews SLDs, schematics, wiring, and general arrangement drawings; monitors fabrication, bought-out materials, assembly, and testing. Supports electrical packages including PLC panels, MCC/PCC panels, DG sets, pumps, LT bus ducts, exhaust systems, and acoustic enclosures for data center and industrial projects.

Leads MEP planning, execution, vendor coordination, commissioning, testing, and project controls for large data center projects. Oversees HVAC, chilled water, plumbing, fire protection, and precision cooling systems; coordinates civil, electrical, BMS, contractors, and OEMs. Manages schedules, progress reporting, quantity take-offs, quality, safety, documentation, troubleshooting, integrated systems testing, and team development while ensuring reliable and timely project delivery.

Drive MSME engagement and lead generation through WhatsApp, email, Meta, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn campaigns. Create content, blogs, emails, creatives, and marketing collateral; execute Meta Ads and LinkedIn ABM campaigns; nurture leads; track campaign performance and conversions; adapt messaging for regional audiences; and collaborate with internal design and marketing teams.
