Build and lead Vega’s enterprise sales organization by recruiting, coaching, and developing Account Executives; establishing scalable sales processes, playbooks, forecasting, and operating cadences; supporting complex enterprise deals; engaging senior insurance buyers; and partnering cross-functionally to improve go-to-market execution. This hands-on leadership role requires building a sales organization and repeatable growth engine in an early-stage environment.

Founding SDR will build and run outbound for enterprise AI sales to carriers and MGAs: own cold outreach (calls, email automation, LinkedIn), create target lists, qualify discovery conversations into ARR, collaborate with leadership on messaging, travel to industry events, and scale outbound infrastructure as an early hire in NYC.

Build and own full-stack features across an AI-native insurance claims platform, from discovery and specification through production deployment and maintenance. Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve complex commercial general liability claims involving bodily injury, property damage, and personal injury. Manage claims from initial notice through settlement, assess coverage and liability, communicate with insureds and claimants, maintain detailed documentation, prepare reservation of rights letters, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with underwriting, legal teams, defense counsel, and TPAs.

Handle first- and third-party auto claims end to end, including coverage analysis, liability decisions, bodily injury, physical damage, cargo losses, settlement negotiations, reserves, and severity management for claims up to $250,000 FDV. Oversee TPAs, identify claim trends, pilot AI-driven innovations, communicate with stakeholders, and support special projects. The role is hybrid in Atlanta.

Handle auto, transportation, cargo, first-party, and third-party claim recovery activities. Review coverage, damage, liability, and recovery opportunities; support settlement negotiations and litigation management; collaborate with claims leadership; and use claims data to identify trends. The role requires licensed adjusting experience, strong recovery and subrogation expertise, target performance, communication, collaboration, and adaptability in a high-growth startup environment.

Handles end-to-end auto total loss claims, including vehicle valuations, ACV determinations, settlement negotiations, salvage coordination, title processing, lien payoffs, customer communication, and regulatory compliance. Collaborates with adjusters, legal teams, and vendors to improve claims cycle times and ensure accurate, timely resolutions.

Manage first- and third-party auto bodily injury claims, including coverage analysis, liability decisions, reserve adjustments, severity evaluations, settlement demand reviews, and negotiations with claimants and attorneys. The role also involves analyzing claim trends, meeting cycle-time and recovery targets, and collaborating with claims leadership in a hybrid Atlanta-based environment.

Lead full-cycle recruiting for Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and other go-to-market teams. Partner with hiring managers, build diverse talent pipelines, manage multiple searches, improve recruiting processes, track hiring metrics, and deliver a high-touch candidate experience. The role will also build scalable recruiting systems and playbooks for a rapidly growing AI-native company.

Build and own Vega’s revenue infrastructure across CRM, Clay, Apollo, and other GTM tools. Map target accounts and buying committees, develop market signals, automate outreach and nurture workflows, support field GTM initiatives, maintain reliable CRM data and reporting, and use APIs, AI coding tools, and integrations to accelerate sales operations. This hands-on role partners closely with sales and marketing in a collaborative, mostly in-office environment.

Lead and grow Vega's claims organization by managing and hiring adjusters, auditing third-party administrator performance, driving investigation and resolution strategies for commercial trucking casualty and complex commercial bodily injury claims, ensuring file quality and customer service, reviewing coverage and liability decisions, and collaborating with underwriting, product, compliance, and claims stakeholders.

Lead end-to-end enterprise sales for an AI-native claims platform: own complex deals, shape GTM playbook, influence product roadmap, represent Vega to senior insurers, and build repeatable sales processes and mentorship.

Own Vega's external presence and GTM narrative: lead content, events, sales enablement, RFP/pricing support, partnerships, talent branding, and AI-forward marketing experiments. Partner with CEO, Sales, and BizOps and travel ~30% for conferences and meetings.
