Lead full-cycle recruiting for Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and other go-to-market teams. Partner with hiring managers, build diverse talent pipelines, manage multiple searches, improve recruiting processes, track hiring metrics, and deliver a high-touch candidate experience. The role will also build scalable recruiting systems and playbooks for a rapidly growing AI-native company.

Source, engage, prequalify, and pipeline licensed insurance claims adjusters across property, auto, general liability, and total loss lines. Maintain candidate records, licensing details, certifications, availability, and sourcing metrics in Ashby. Partner with recruiters and hiring managers on market strategies, conduct outreach and interviews, monitor licensing trends, and represent Vega at hiring events. The role also uses AI tools and automation to improve sourcing workflows.

Coordinates recruiting interviews and onsite candidate experiences while managing office operations, employee events, vendor relationships, visitor logistics, and badge access. Supports new-hire onboarding, HR data updates, benefits and employment-verification questions, documentation, and People team projects. The role requires strong organization, initiative, warmth, and comfort working in person four days per week in New York.

Designs, develops, tests, and deploys full-stack features for a commercial insurance claims platform. Builds backend services, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and responsive web applications on AWS and Google Cloud Platform. Resolves production incidents, applies SOC 2 and data privacy requirements, translates insurance business needs into technical designs, participates in code reviews, and mentors junior engineers.

Leads full-stack development for a commercial insurance claims platform, including backend services, APIs, frontend applications, and cloud architecture on AWS and GCP. Owns application architecture, reliability, incident resolution, automated testing, documentation, data privacy compliance, and technical strategy. Mentors engineers, leads code reviews, and makes architecture decisions supporting scalable, fault-tolerant systems and secure claims-data handling.

Build and own Vega’s revenue infrastructure across CRM, Clay, Apollo, and other GTM tools. Map target accounts and buying committees, develop market signals, automate outreach and nurture workflows, support field GTM initiatives, maintain reliable CRM data and reporting, and use APIs, AI coding tools, and integrations to accelerate sales operations. This hands-on role partners closely with sales and marketing in a collaborative, mostly in-office environment.

Own product areas end to end, from identifying claims-related problems through shipping solutions and measuring impact. Work closely with claims adjusters, customers, Engineering, Sales, and Claims teams. Identify and validate AI applications, prototype and test solutions with users, use data to guide decisions, and deliver improved customer outcomes. The role requires hands-on product leadership in a fast-scaling, AI-focused insurance claims environment.

Lead and grow Vega's claims organization by managing and hiring adjusters, auditing third-party administrator performance, driving investigation and resolution strategies for commercial trucking casualty and complex commercial bodily injury claims, ensuring file quality and customer service, reviewing coverage and liability decisions, and collaborating with underwriting, product, compliance, and claims stakeholders.

Lead end-to-end enterprise sales for an AI-native claims platform: own complex deals, shape GTM playbook, influence product roadmap, represent Vega to senior insurers, and build repeatable sales processes and mentorship.

Lead high-impact, cross-functional strategic initiatives alongside executives. Define priorities, scope and execute projects end-to-end, perform quantitative and qualitative analyses, design process improvements, build operating metrics and reporting, and align Product, GTM, and Sales to drive growth and efficiency.

Own Vega's external presence and GTM narrative: lead content, events, sales enablement, RFP/pricing support, partnerships, talent branding, and AI-forward marketing experiments. Partner with CEO, Sales, and BizOps and travel ~30% for conferences and meetings.
