Own the full post-sale experience for insurance claims clients, including onboarding, data migration, claims program launches, account health, business reviews, renewals, and expansion. Build trusted client relationships, translate claims performance data into insights, coordinate cross-functional issue resolution, and create scalable customer success playbooks, metrics, and operating rhythms.

Own full-cycle recruiting for claims roles, especially claims adjusters across multiple lines of business. Build proactive talent pipelines, partner with Claims leadership, manage high-volume searches, deliver strong candidate experiences, and improve recruiting workflows using data, AI tools, automation, and recruiting technology. The role also involves market research, talent mapping, hiring manager influence, and building scalable recruiting processes in a fast-growing company.

Partners with Claims leadership to address employee relations, performance management, retention, organizational design, workforce planning, and management development. Owns investigations, accommodations, compliance, and sensitive workplace matters while using workforce data and employee feedback to guide decisions. Collaborates with Talent and People Operations on performance cycles, talent reviews, career frameworks, leveling, and scalable people practices in a high-growth environment.
