Own Vega's external presence and GTM narrative: lead content, events, sales enablement, RFP/pricing support, partnerships, talent branding, and AI-forward marketing experiments. Partner with CEO, Sales, and BizOps and travel ~30% for conferences and meetings.

Build and run full-cycle recruiting (90%) across engineering, product, and GTM; proactively source and partner with hiring managers; shape talent strategy and candidate experience. Lead people programs (10%) including onboarding, performance frameworks, employee relations, HRIS and benefits administration, and culture/engagement initiatives for a fast-growing NYC-based startup.

Founding SDR will build and run outbound for enterprise AI sales to carriers and MGAs: own cold outreach (calls, email automation, LinkedIn), create target lists, qualify discovery conversations into ARR, collaborate with leadership on messaging, travel to industry events, and scale outbound infrastructure as an early hire in NYC.
