About Vega
The $250B insurance claims industry runs on fax machines, phone tag, and adjusters buried in paperwork. Cycle times stretch for months. Data is locked in legacy systems. And the workforce is aging out faster than it's being replaced.
Vega is the premier AI-native claims TPA built to reimagine that entire stack from the ground up. Our team is equal parts experienced insurance operators and modern technologists. We care deeply about delivering superior outcomes for our clients, and we want builders that get their hands dirty shipping solutions that move the needle.
Our results: 10x YoY revenue growth, and on track for $XXM run-rate in under 2 years. Backed by marquee VCs like General Catalyst, Lightspeed, and Valor.
About the roleWe're hiring a GTM Engineer to build the technical infrastructure behind Vega's revenue motion.
Our market is mostly a finite, nameable universe: insurance carriers, MGAs, self-insured entities, and brokers. The job is coverage, depth, and timing across that map. Know every account that matters, who the buyers are inside each one, and when something changes that creates an opening.
This is a hands-on, builder's role. You'll live in our CRM, Clay/Apollo, and other GTM tooling, work closely with Sales leadership, and use AI coding tools like Claude Code to ship automations far faster than a traditional GTM ops build would allow.
We believe there’s real value in being together as a team. We come into the office 4 days per week, creating space to collaborate, move quickly, and build strong relationships with the people we work alongside.
What You’ll DoMap the market. Build the systems that keep every account and its full buying committee enriched, current, and prioritized by what actually converts, so reps can multi-thread from day one.
Build the signals that tell reps the right moment to reach out: claims leadership changes, book growth, new program launches, deteriorating loss ratios, contract renewal windows, RFPs, state expansion. Route them fast.
Power our field GTM: targeting and prioritization ahead of conferences, roadshows, and dinners; follow-up automation after. Partner with sales and marketing leads on the broader field strategy.
Build nurture and re-engagement workflows for a long-cycle market, so accounts that aren't ready yet resurface at the right moment.
Own our CRM as the system of record: clean object models, reliable reporting, and workflows reps actually want to use.
Automate whatever can be automated with Claude Code and similar AI tools, so the sales team spends their time selling.
Shape the stack. You'll inherit a set of GTM tools, but if there's something better, you'll have the room to propose and implement it.
At least 2 years in RevOps/Sales Ops or GTM Engineering or equivalent. Account-based or enterprise motion experience is a strong plus.
Comfortable with APIs, webhooks, and data integration. You build real workflows end to end. SQL and/or Python is a strong plus.
You've shipped automations you can walk us through.
Experience building, developing or connecting core systems like CRM and adjacent GTM systems + running CRM for a live sales team, with reporting leadership actually trusts.
You've built with LLMs or AI agents, and you already rely on tools like Claude Code or Cursor in your day-to-day work.
You treat GTM systems like a product you own end to end. You notice what's broken before someone tells you.
Comfortable as an early, high-leverage hire with no playbook. You'd rather write it.
Direct experience with Clay/Apollo, and other GTM tools. Even better if you've touched ABM campaigns, lifecycle marketing, or ad platforms.
