Produce test specifications and programs (e.g., SPEA ICT), develop customizable test software, analyze test data for root cause and trends, support production troubleshooting, improve test processes, and ensure compliance with industry standards and quality procedures.

Lead NPI and production readiness, optimize manufacturing processes, implement quality control and corrective actions, drive Lean/Six Sigma continuous improvement, resolve technical production issues, monitor KPIs, and ensure health and safety compliance.

Calculate product costs and propose pricing. Lead project teams without disciplinary authority. Drive process improvements to increase efficiency, margins, and reduce quality costs.

Design, implement, and maintain on-premises and hybrid infrastructure including AD, DNS, DHCP, Windows/Linux servers, networking (LAN/WAN/VPN), Azure cloud, virtualization, backup/DR, security controls, monitoring, automation, and lead infrastructure projects while mentoring junior staff.

Manage logistics and transport for electronic components and raw materials, handle delivery documentation and ERP/SAP updates, coordinate local transport and carriers, monitor KPIs, resolve delays/damages, ensure ESD and ISO-compliant handling, and drive efficiency and continuous improvement.
