Investigate failures in test systems, programs, fixtures, and PCBAs; debug test software; analyze schematics, specifications, coverage, and test data; develop ICT and functional test solutions; create software tools; improve test processes; maintain fixtures and systems; and support shift-based production operations.

Manage hybrid cloud, on-premises, private-cloud, and AI/GPU infrastructure across development and production environments. Responsibilities include administering servers, containers, Kubernetes, networking, GitHub/GitLab, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, monitoring, security, backups, and disaster recovery. The role troubleshoots complex infrastructure issues, automates operational processes, supports upgrades and releases, and maintains documentation while improving reliability, scalability, and security.

Leads industrialization and NPI projects for wire harness assembly, managing prototype and 0-series production through series manufacturing. Responsibilities include process optimization, work instruction development, documentation, tool and machine validation, stakeholder communication, risk management, quality compliance, and continuous improvement. The role collaborates across engineering, operations, quality, and customer teams to deliver compliant, efficient, first-time-right production launches.

Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, build candidate pipelines, support training administration, maintain HR data and payroll support, ensure process compliance and reporting, and act as operational partner to the Head of HR.

Manage cross-functional industrialization projects from prototype to series production, overseeing schedules, quality/compliance documentation, risk mitigation, PRT coordination, process optimization, and stakeholder communication to ensure timely transfers to mass production.

Support IT staff by discovering and documenting network infrastructure using DocuSnap; create and maintain network diagrams and asset inventories; assist audits, report findings, flag issues, and help with basic troubleshooting and standardizing documentation.

Design mixed-signal electronics and multi-layer PCBs: create schematics, define stack-up and PCB layout, perform board bring-up, testing, characterization, and debug; perform power and signal integrity analysis; lead technical discussions with customer engineering teams.
