Leads industrialization and NPI projects for wire harness assembly, managing prototype and 0-series production through series manufacturing. Responsibilities include process optimization, work instruction development, documentation, tool and machine validation, stakeholder communication, risk management, quality compliance, and continuous improvement. The role collaborates across engineering, operations, quality, and customer teams to deliver compliant, efficient, first-time-right production launches.

Lead project planning, risk management, execution, and stakeholder management across cross-functional teams. Define scope, create plans, monitor progress, mitigate risks, maintain PM templates and reporting, coordinate SAP finance/controlling, and deliver multiple projects on time while reporting to stakeholders.

Monitor for threats and respond to incidents, enforce access controls and security policies, perform risk assessments and audits, deploy and manage security technologies (firewalls, SIEM, endpoint protection), and deliver awareness and compliance training to ensure adherence to standards like ISO 27001, NIST, and GDPR.

Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, build candidate pipelines, support training administration, maintain HR data and payroll support, ensure process compliance and reporting, and act as operational partner to the Head of HR.

Manage cross-functional industrialization projects from prototype to series production, overseeing schedules, quality/compliance documentation, risk mitigation, PRT coordination, process optimization, and stakeholder communication to ensure timely transfers to mass production.

Design, develop, and implement ICT and functional test solutions for electronic assemblies. Produce test specifications and programs (e.g., SPEA ICT), develop customizable test software, analyze test data for root cause and trends, support production troubleshooting, improve test processes, and ensure compliance with industry standards and quality procedures.

Design and implement RESTful services and interfaces (OData, RFC, IDoc, Web Services) within SAP using ABAP OO. Provide technical consulting to business units, contribute to SAP landscape across modules (FI, CO, MM, SD), and support SAP authorization management and general SAP topics.

Manage cross-functional projects end-to-end including schedules, budgets, and stakeholder reporting. Own customer relationships and evaluate technical requirements. Serve as primary customer contact managing relationships, order processing (via SAP and ticketing), and financial KPIs. Provide transparent updates, develop customer success plans, coordinate cross-functionally to resolve deviations, and ensure delivery performance and after-sales support.

Lead new product introductions and ensure production readiness. Optimize manufacturing processes, implement quality controls and continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S), resolve technical production issues, monitor KPIs, and maintain health and safety compliance while collaborating cross-functionally.

Provide administrative and operational support including calendar and travel management, expense reporting, customer visit planning, data analysis for customer insights, preparing presentations, organizing regional meetings, and tracking project milestones to ensure timely follow-ups and support business expansion.

Own and drive the Variosystems Intelligence platform roadmap, translate customer and internal needs into features and backlogs, manage platform projects and rollouts, shape AI-automated services for costing/quotation/lifecycle/compliance, support adoption and training, collaborate with engineering, sourcing, CS, IT and customers, and track performance and feedback to continuously improve the platform.

Support IT staff by discovering and documenting network infrastructure using DocuSnap; create and maintain network diagrams and asset inventories; assist audits, report findings, flag issues, and help with basic troubleshooting and standardizing documentation.

Design mixed-signal electronics and multi-layer PCBs: create schematics, define stack-up and PCB layout, perform board bring-up, testing, characterization, and debug; perform power and signal integrity analysis; lead technical discussions with customer engineering teams.
