Design, develop, and implement ICT and functional test solutions for electronic assemblies. Produce test specifications and programs (e.g., SPEA ICT), develop customizable test software, analyze test data for root cause and trends, support production troubleshooting, improve test processes, and ensure compliance with industry standards and quality procedures.

Designs and optimizes manufacturing processes by integrating MES/SCADA and ERP data, analyzing OEE/yield/defects, creating Power BI/Excel reports, supporting Industry 4.0 and NPI, maintaining cycle-time databases, providing 2nd-level production support, ensuring built-in quality, and applying lean principles.

Lead NPI and production readiness, optimize manufacturing processes, implement quality control and corrective actions, drive Lean/Six Sigma continuous improvement, resolve technical production issues, monitor KPIs, and ensure health and safety compliance.

Manage cross-functional industrialization projects from prototype through 0-series to series production. Own schedules, delivery targets, documentation for compliance/quality, risk mitigation, and process optimization. Supervise shop floor activities, coordinate tool shop PRTs, and ensure clear stakeholder communication between operations and customers.

Design, build, and optimize full-stack web applications with responsive UIs and databases. Implement RESTful APIs, microservices, and third-party integrations following security best practices. Write clean, scalable code, participate in design reviews, troubleshoot issues, maintain technical documentation, and collaborate with QA, UX, and product teams while applying Azure, containerization, and modern DevOps practices.

Manage cross-functional projects end-to-end including schedules, budgets, and stakeholder reporting. Own customer relationships and evaluate technical requirements. Calculate product costs and propose pricing. Lead project teams without disciplinary authority. Drive process improvements to increase efficiency, margins, and reduce quality costs.

Design, implement, and maintain on-premises and hybrid infrastructure including AD, DNS, DHCP, Windows/Linux servers, networking (LAN/WAN/VPN), Azure cloud, virtualization, backup/DR, security controls, monitoring, automation, and lead infrastructure projects while mentoring junior staff.

Manage logistics and transport for electronic components and raw materials, handle delivery documentation and ERP/SAP updates, coordinate local transport and carriers, monitor KPIs, resolve delays/damages, ensure ESD and ISO-compliant handling, and drive efficiency and continuous improvement.
