Maintains accurate financial records, including general ledger transactions, reconciliations, supplier invoices, payments, customer invoices, assets, accruals, and financial statements. Prepares tax and VAT filings, supports month-end and year-end close processes, and helps maintain internal controls, documentation, and compliance with local and group accounting standards.

Manages technical customer programs across engineering, industrialization, production, and lifecycle management. Coordinates cross-functional teams, schedules, budgets, technical feasibility, product costs, quality risks, and delivery targets. Builds customer relationships, evaluates technical requirements, leads projects without disciplinary authority, and improves processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize quality-related expenses.

Supports digitalization and automation initiatives using Microsoft 365 and Power Platform tools. Provides consulting and best-practice guidance for Power BI and business applications, maintains tools and frameworks including Qlik and OTRS, coordinates small-to-mid-sized projects, trains employees, and drives continuous improvement and operational excellence across internal and external stakeholders.

Manage daily office administration, facilities, vendors, access, calendars, travel arrangements, claims, invoices, HR coordination, onboarding, ESG data collection, business reporting, and special projects. Serve as liaison with the coworking provider and coordinate stakeholders across regional and global teams while maintaining documentation and policy compliance.

Supports B2B marketing campaigns, trade shows, exhibitions, customer visits, partner meetings, and internal business events. Coordinates event logistics, vendors, registrations, and communications while maintaining CRM records and prospect databases. Tracks leads and customer interactions, prepares marketing reports and dashboards, supports QBR preparation, and assists regional teams with business development initiatives.

Monitor systems for threats, investigate and respond to security incidents, enforce access controls and cybersecurity policies, conduct risk assessments and audits, manage security technologies, and deliver security awareness and compliance training.

Serves as the primary customer contact, managing relationships, inquiries, orders, SAP and ticketing workflows across the value chain. Tracks delivery performance, financial KPIs, forecasts, cash management, and customer success plans. Coordinates with internal teams to resolve deviations and fulfill orders. Requires strong communication, analytical, negotiation, interpersonal, project management, and multitasking skills, plus experience with Microsoft tools and preferably SAP or ERP systems.

Manage hybrid cloud, on-premises, private-cloud, and AI/GPU infrastructure across development and production environments. Responsibilities include administering servers, containers, Kubernetes, networking, GitHub/GitLab, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, monitoring, security, backups, and disaster recovery. The role troubleshoots complex infrastructure issues, automates operational processes, supports upgrades and releases, and maintains documentation while improving reliability, scalability, and security.
