Leads industrialization and NPI projects for wire harness assembly, managing prototype and 0-series production through series manufacturing. Responsibilities include process optimization, work instruction development, documentation, tool and machine validation, stakeholder communication, risk management, quality compliance, and continuous improvement. The role collaborates across engineering, operations, quality, and customer teams to deliver compliant, efficient, first-time-right production launches.

Lead project planning, risk management, execution, and stakeholder management across cross-functional teams. Define scope, create plans, monitor progress, mitigate risks, maintain PM templates and reporting, coordinate SAP finance/controlling, and deliver multiple projects on time while reporting to stakeholders.

Monitor for threats and respond to incidents, enforce access controls and security policies, perform risk assessments and audits, deploy and manage security technologies (firewalls, SIEM, endpoint protection), and deliver awareness and compliance training to ensure adherence to standards like ISO 27001, NIST, and GDPR.
