Design mixed-signal electronics and multi-layer PCBs: create schematics, define stack-up and PCB layout, perform board bring-up, testing, characterization, and debug; perform power and signal integrity analysis; lead technical discussions with customer engineering teams.

Lead project planning, risk management, execution, and stakeholder management across cross-functional teams. Define scope, create plans, monitor progress, mitigate risks, maintain PM templates and reporting, coordinate SAP finance/controlling, and deliver multiple projects on time while reporting to stakeholders.

Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, build candidate pipelines, support training administration, maintain HR data and payroll support, ensure process compliance and reporting, and act as operational partner to the Head of HR.
