Own and govern the enterprise GIS platform (Esri ArcGIS), set roadmap and standards, manage geospatial data quality and integrations, enable users through training/support, run GIS projects and vendors, and drive long-term GIS strategy including AI integration to support land, operations, engineering, and environmental teams.

Design and deliver multimodal training programs, create and maintain SOPs and field guides, organize knowledge architecture and LMS content, facilitate workshops, support change management, and embed organizational health and culture into onboarding and development.

Support and maintain SCADA and FlowCal measurement systems to ensure reliable, accurate operational data. Configure tags, alarms, displays; troubleshoot field communications and data exceptions; assist integrations, SQL validation, onboarding of new wells, and support reporting (Power BI). Collaborate with operations, measurement, engineering, and IT, and maintain documentation and user training.

Support safety initiatives across the Eagle Ford asset: evaluate field work and equipment, ensure regulatory compliance, lead incident investigations and emergency response, develop policies and training, manage contractor safety, and document corrective actions.

Design, deploy, and manage hybrid/multi-cloud Azure and AWS workloads for mission-critical oil & gas systems. Lead migrations, automation (IaC), high-availability and disaster recovery, cost optimization, security and compliance, SCADA/OT integration, incident escalation, and mentor junior engineers while driving infrastructure consolidation and documentation.

Lead and execute health, safety, and environmental programs for Flywheel's Colorado field operations. Provide hands-on HSE support, coach field personnel and contractors, manage compliance with OSHA and other regulations, drive risk-based decisions, lead incident investigations and continuous improvement, track HSE KPIs, and support contractor management and stakeholder engagement.

Supervise Division Order and Owner Relations operations, maintain ownership records and revenue interests, review title and legal documents, manage owner inquiries, resolve ownership and payment discrepancies, oversee staff development, support acquisitions/divestitures, improve processes, and collaborate with Land, Accounting, Legal, Revenue, Operations, and software vendors.

Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT workflows ingesting upstream production and operational data. Architect data integrations with SCADA/ERP sources, ensure data quality, performance monitoring, capacity planning, disaster recovery, documentation, and mentor junior engineers while aligning data engineering priorities with business objectives.

Manage air regulatory compliance for the Eagle Ford asset: permitting, emissions calculations and reporting, internal audits, training development, policy and procedure writing, and communication with field teams and leadership to close compliance gaps.

Manage month-end revenue close for assigned properties: book revenue, post journal entries, process accruals, reconcile accounts, prepare variance analysis and year-end workpapers, maintain royalty ownership decks, respond to revenue inquiries, document processes, and support special projects and management reporting.

Manage monthly operated joint interest billings (JIB) ensuring costs comply with JOAs and COPAS. Review capital/expense coding and allocations, reconcile JIB to GL, handle partner inquiries and audits, lead JIB month-end close activities, and drive process improvements for the MidCon II asset.

Lead field electrical, instrumentation, and automation activities for Eagle Ford production assets. Troubleshoot PLCs, RTUs, VFDs, transmitters, motor controls, and SCADA; oversee maintenance, calibration, commissioning, contractors, and preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure safe, reliable production.

Process, code, and reconcile high volumes of vendor invoices and payments for oil & gas operations. Match invoices to field tickets and POs, resolve discrepancies with vendors and field teams, maintain vendor relationships, reconcile statements, support month-end close, ensure internal controls and audit readiness, and improve AP workflows and automation.

Provide commercial analytics for trading, hedging, and midstream operations: build revenue and hedge models, analyze commodity pricing and contracts, optimize flows and transportation, support acquisitions, and develop dashboards to inform leadership decisions.

Record, analyze, and report oil, gas, and NGL revenues; verify volumes, pricing, and purchaser statements; allocate revenue to owners; reconcile revenue GL accounts; support audits, regulatory reporting, owner inquiries, and system/process improvements.

Design, implement, maintain, and document enterprise wired/wireless networks. Provide Tier 2/3 troubleshooting, security and compliance (PCI-DSS), performance monitoring, capacity planning, disaster recovery, and cross-team collaboration for infrastructure and cloud connectivity.

Own global cash and liquidity management across multiple basins, drive short- and medium-term forecasting, optimize bank structures and working capital, manage debt and bank relationships, maintain controls and KYC, build treasury reporting (Power BI/Excel), lead a small team, and partner with Finance, Accounting, Tax, AP/AR and business units on capital strategy and M&A treasury workstreams.
