Supervises financial reporting and accounting staff, including journal entry review, account reconciliations, financial statement preparation, variance analysis, audit support, process documentation, and special projects. Establishes team priorities, develops workflows, supports commercial and contract administration groups, and ensures reporting complies with company policies and generally accepted accounting principles.

Provides administrative and litigation support to attorneys, including case management, docketing, document organization, legal notice processing, legal holds, eDiscovery, case reporting, outside counsel coordination, vendor onboarding, legal billing, calendaring, travel, and expense reporting. The role requires strong organization, legal process knowledge, confidentiality, and proficiency with Microsoft 365 and entity management software.

Manages revenue accounting, financial reporting, accruals, reconciliations, monthly and year-end close activities, audits, internal controls, and GAAP compliance. Analyzes financial variances, prepares statements and reports, partners with business line management, and supports operational and corporate financial objectives. The role requires accurate, timely reporting and effective coordination across departments in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Prepares, analyzes, and submits oil and gas regulatory tax and royalty reports. Ensures compliance with reporting standards, monitors regulatory changes, performs account reconciliations and variance analysis, supports month-end close and audits, maintains filing documentation, and develops internal controls. Partners with operations, revenue accounting, land, compliance, and finance teams to gather accurate filing data.

Maintains corporate financial records, prepares journal entries and financial statements, reconciles accounts, supports consolidations, audits, budgeting, forecasting, and SOX controls. Handles oil and gas accounting activities including ARO, DD&A, revenue, JIB, and production accounting. Improves accounting workflows and ensures accurate, compliant reporting.

Design, deploy, and manage hybrid/multi-cloud Azure and AWS workloads for mission-critical oil & gas systems. Lead migrations, automation (IaC), high-availability and disaster recovery, cost optimization, security and compliance, SCADA/OT integration, incident escalation, and mentor junior engineers while driving infrastructure consolidation and documentation.

Lead corporate finance modeling, capital structure analysis, and execution of debt and equity financings. Drive long-range planning, capital allocation, covenant compliance, and prepare lender/board materials. Mentor analysts and coordinate cross-functionally with Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, and Reservoir Engineering.
