Designs, builds, and maintains AI-assisted automations across accounting and operational systems. Responsibilities include integrating systems through APIs and data pipelines, developing LLM and OCR workflows, improving data quality, monitoring automation reliability, documenting processes, supporting data governance, and automating acquisition-related normalization and migration tasks. The role partners with Accounting, Land, Operations, IT, and Digital teams to identify automation opportunities and deliver scalable solutions.

Leads production engineering for a South Texas Eagle Ford asset, owning base production, operating expenses, workover and development programs, AFE approvals, surveillance standards, spend forecasts, and production performance. Supervises production engineers, develops team capability, coordinates with field operations, planning, finance, and land, and communicates production, safety, budget, and operational risks. Requires deep unconventional production or completions engineering expertise, artificial lift optimization experience, and strong economic and regulatory knowledge.

Integrates platforms through APIs, data pipelines, and workflow orchestration; develops LLM and OCR-based document processing; monitors reliability; and improves data quality, governance, and migration workflows. Partners with business and technical teams to identify automation opportunities, support acquisitions, and determine when human review is required.
