Support acquisition underwriting and deal execution by building and auditing financial models, performing due diligence, preparing investment materials, and supporting post-close integration and firm-wide financial analyses.

Supervises financial reporting and accounting staff, including journal entry review, account reconciliations, financial statement preparation, variance analysis, audit support, process documentation, and special projects. Establishes team priorities, develops workflows, supports commercial and contract administration groups, and ensures reporting complies with company policies and generally accepted accounting principles.

Provides administrative and litigation support to attorneys, including case management, docketing, document organization, legal notice processing, legal holds, eDiscovery, case reporting, outside counsel coordination, vendor onboarding, legal billing, calendaring, travel, and expense reporting. The role requires strong organization, legal process knowledge, confidentiality, and proficiency with Microsoft 365 and entity management software.
