Develops and delivers environmental education programs and nature hikes for guests and groups, manages program logistics and inventory, maintains safety protocols and equipment, supports marketing and scheduling, and collaborates with Gulf State Park naturalist team to promote conservation awareness.

Lead all food & beverage operations including staffing, training, scheduling, budgeting, compliance with alcohol regulations, quality and safety standards, marketing/promotions, guest issue resolution, reporting, and Manager-on-Duty shifts. Drive profitability, enforce sanitation and equipment maintenance, update cash management and departmental reports, and participate in strategic planning and continuous improvement.

Clean, rinse, load and operate dishwashing equipment; manually scrub and polish cookware and silverware; maintain sanitation of dish room, kitchen floors, work surfaces, and employee areas; handle and store clean items; empty trash and perform other duties as assigned.

Respond to guest engineering service calls, perform preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, boiler/chiller, pool, and kitchen systems, maintain logs, handle emergencies, and support property upkeep and special projects.

Serve as primary liaison between clients and hotel to plan, coordinate, and execute meetings, conferences, and group events. Manage room blocks, BEOs, catering, billing, upselling, cross-department communication, on-site support, and post-event follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and revenue goals.

Lead group sales and event operations: plan, book, and coordinate meetings and banquets; create BEOs and group resumes; manage client relationships from booking through post-event follow-up; maximize event profitability and ensure accurate billing; collaborate with Sales, Revenue, and Operations; maintain CRM records and compliance with brand standards.

Drive hotel revenue through proactive sales, account development, and relationship management. Prospect and close new business, manage key accounts, use CRM and data to create strategic plans, produce forecasts and reports, and collaborate with Revenue, Marketing, and Operations to optimize rates and ensure smooth service delivery.

Maintain cleanliness of corridors and public areas, remove trash and soiled linens, assist housekeepers, fulfill guest requests, report damages or lost items, secure equipment, and follow safety procedures to ensure guest satisfaction.

Respond to engineering service calls and perform preventive maintenance and repairs on hotel systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, boiler, chiller, pool, kitchen, laundry). Maintain logs, perform water treatment, handle emergencies, assist with grounds and snow removal, and complete special projects to ensure a safe, well-maintained hotel environment.

Lead Bartender/Mixologist oversees bar operations, curates cocktail menus, handles daily setup/breakdown, prepares and serves drinks, checks IDs, enforces liquor laws, manages portion control and inventory, completes side work, and supports guest satisfaction and profitability.

Maintain cleanliness of corridors and public areas, remove trash and soiled linens, assist housekeepers, fulfill guest requests, report issues, secure equipment, and uphold safety and hospitality standards.

Maintain kitchen cleanliness and sanitation by washing, drying, polishing, and storing dishware and kitchen equipment; operate and maintain automatic dishwashing machines; mop floors, empty trash, and perform general kitchen cleaning tasks as assigned.

Lead property finance operations including accounting (A/R, A/P, GL), financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, cash management, tax compliance, internal controls, audits, and investor reporting. Partner with the GM and corporate accounting to drive revenue, reduce expenses, safeguard assets, and develop the finance team.

Respond to guest engineering requests, perform preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, boiler, chiller, kitchen, laundry and pool systems, handle emergencies, perform rounds and logs, assist with snow removal/parking lot maintenance, and complete assigned maintenance projects.

Support the hotel's sales and events team by handling administrative sales duties, processing leads, maintaining sales databases, coordinating group/event needs with operations, generating proposals/contracts/reports, managing inquiries, and assisting with onsite servicing and outside sales as needed.

Oversee property preventive maintenance, repairs, life-safety systems, utilities, and engineering staff. Schedule and perform inspections, troubleshoot mechanical/electrical systems and boilers, manage budgets and contractors, ensure code compliance, and serve as Manager-on-Duty as assigned.

Manage client relationships and execute group events from contract through post-event follow-up. Coordinate room blocks, meeting logistics, catering, audiovisual, BEOs, billing and cross-department communication. Drive revenue through upselling, ensure accurate group billing and compliance with hotel standards, and provide on-site support to guarantee guest satisfaction.
