Assists the Chief Engineer with hotel preventive maintenance, repairs, life safety systems, utilities, budgets, contractors, and department administration. Leads maintenance staff through recruiting, scheduling, training, coaching, and performance management. Troubleshoots electrical, mechanical, appliance, boiler, and building issues; prioritizes service requests; monitors utility consumption and expenses; maintains compliance with corporate standards and applicable codes. Performs Manager-on-Duty shifts and responds to property emergencies.

Supports marketing campaigns, email newsletters, social media, influencer partnerships, events, content calendars, and community engagement for hospitality properties. Maintains marketing databases, coordinates creative assets and vendors, tracks campaign performance, prepares reports, and researches competitors. Requires strong organization, writing, editing, analytical, and brand-voice skills, with occasional travel to hotel properties and events.

Cleans and sanitizes dishware, kitchen equipment, work areas, floors, restrooms, break rooms, and loading areas. Operates automatic dishwashing equipment, adjusts detergent systems, manually scrubs cookware, polishes serving equipment, manages trash, and maintains sanitary conditions. The role requires following instructions, safely handling fragile items, and lifting or moving dishes, racks, carts, and trash containers while standing and moving throughout the shift.
