Manages high-volume accounts payable activities across multiple hospitality properties, including invoice entry, USALI general ledger coding, three-way matching, payment processing, vendor onboarding, statement reconciliation, month-end accrual support, and audit-ready documentation. The role also resolves invoice discrepancies, supports vendor inquiries, monitors approval workflows, and maintains accurate financial records while complying with internal controls and confidentiality requirements.

Supports marketing campaigns, email newsletters, social media, influencer partnerships, events, content calendars, and community engagement for hospitality properties. Maintains marketing databases, coordinates creative assets and vendors, tracks campaign performance, prepares reports, and researches competitors. Requires strong organization, writing, editing, analytical, and brand-voice skills, with occasional travel to hotel properties and events.

Drives hotel revenue through new business development, account management, strategic sales planning, and client engagement. Identifies prospects, closes opportunities, maintains key accounts, analyzes market and competitive trends, prepares forecasts and reports, and partners with Revenue, Marketing, Events, and Operations teams. The role also represents the hotel at industry events, conducts site inspections, supports service delivery, and serves as Manager on Duty when assigned.
