Manage financial operations for a group of hotels, including A/R, A/P, GL, payroll, budgeting, financial reporting, cash management, audits, tax compliance, month-end/year-end close, and support for acquisitions, while communicating results to senior leadership and ensuring internal controls.

Maintain cleanliness of corridors and public areas, remove trash and soiled linens, assist housekeepers, fulfill guest requests, report issues, secure equipment, and uphold safety and hospitality standards.

Serve as primary liaison for group events from contract to completion: plan logistics, manage room blocks, coordinate catering and AV, produce BEOs, ensure cross-department communication, drive revenue through upselling, manage billing and client relationships, and provide on-site support.
