Provides advanced administrative support to the Chief Physician Executive and Chief Nursing Officer. Responsibilities include managing schedules, meetings, travel arrangements, presentations, reports, data compilation, communications, visitors, and small projects. The role requires independent judgment, discretion, strong interpersonal skills, and detailed knowledge of organizational operations. May lead other administrative assistants on a project basis.

Manages hospital pharmacy operations while assisting the Director of Pharmacy with departmental goals, regulatory compliance, quality improvement, productivity, staffing, dispensing, drug consultations, and pharmaceutical care oversight. Oversees pharmacists, pharmacy technology initiatives, automation, barcode scanning, reporting, and operational projects. Coordinates follow-up and care for positive and non-positive newborn screening cases. Provides technical assistance and education to hospitals, birth attendants, healthcare professionals, community agencies, and parents. Ensures compliance with screening policies and regulations, manages confirmed positive cases to connect infants with specialty care, documents follow-up, and resolves cases in the Screening Information System.

Board Certified/Board Eligible Neonatologist to join an 88-bed Level IV NICU providing high-acuity neonatal care as the primary referral center for a 12-county region. Practice includes 236 annual shifts, collaboration with pediatric subspecialists and NNP support, opportunities for excess shift pay, and participation in family-centered, quality-driven care. Candidates should manage complex medical and surgical neonatal patients in a multidisciplinary team.

Provides comprehensive neurological care to children in outpatient and inpatient settings, including EEG interpretation and management of complex neurological conditions and epilepsies. Collaborates with multidisciplinary pediatric specialists, participates in program development, quality improvement, education, and resident teaching, and may develop a clinical area of interest.

Provide comprehensive inpatient pediatric care including admissions, management, discharges, ER consultations, neonatal and newborn support. Serve as consultant to ED and referring providers, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across the Valley Children’s network, and support access to pediatric care across regional partner hospitals.

Full-time Pediatric Pulmonologist to deliver outpatient clinical care at a Modesto specialty clinic, manage pediatric respiratory disorders, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and main campus for advanced diagnostics and sleep medicine, and help grow a well-supported, patient-centered practice with strong institutional resources and work-life balance.

Provide comprehensive neuropsychological assessment and services for patients and families, evaluating brain-behavior relationships. Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams and community partners, with emphasis on pediatric practice. Maintain licensure and professional standards while documenting findings and recommending interventions.

Provide 100% pediatric anesthesia in a tertiary children’s hospital, delivering routine and complex anesthetics under a medical direction model. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for epilepsy surgery evaluations, interpret EEG/monitoring, support program development, quality improvement, teaching, and grow the Level 4 Epilepsy Center serving Central California.

Provide acute inpatient pediatric care, surgical co-management, and ED consultations; participate in teaching residents and fellows; work in a flexible, team-based hospitalist schedule without newborn or NICU duties.
