Provide comprehensive inpatient pediatric care across partner hospitals including admissions, management, discharges, ER consults, neonatal and newborn support. Supports development, implementation, and evaluation of quality and patient safety programs for complex cardiac care. Coordinates performance improvement projects, conducts peer review stewardship, analyzes clinical and operational data, identifies trends, and recommends process improvements. Provides consultation, education on QI methodologies, and supports monitoring of quality, safety, and patient experience outcomes.
