Job Summary:The purpose of this role is to provide overall supervision of staff and activities in the Case Management department. Accountabilities include monitoring, evaluating and directing staff and assigned department functions. The incumbent will assist with recruitment and hiring of staff, evaluation of staff competency, coaching and counseling assigned staff, ongoing evaluation and refinement of staff development programs, and oversight of staff schedules.

Qualifications:


Education
  • College Degree - 4 year Nursing or related field (required)
  • Either Bachelor's or Master's MUST be in nursing (required)
  • Masters Degree Nursing or related field (preferred)

Licenses and Certifications
  • RN - Registered Nurse License - CA-BRN - California Board of Registered Nursing (required)
  • CCM - Certified Case Manager (preferred)

Work Experience
  • Minimum five (5) years Nursing experience (required)
  • Minimum one (1) year Management experience (preferred)
