Provides advanced administrative support to the Chief Physician Executive and Chief Nursing Officer. Responsibilities include managing schedules, meetings, travel arrangements, presentations, reports, data compilation, communications, visitors, and small projects. The role requires independent judgment, discretion, strong interpersonal skills, and detailed knowledge of organizational operations. May lead other administrative assistants on a project basis.

Manages hospital pharmacy operations while assisting the Director of Pharmacy with departmental goals, regulatory compliance, quality improvement, productivity, staffing, dispensing, drug consultations, and pharmaceutical care oversight. Oversees pharmacists, pharmacy technology initiatives, automation, barcode scanning, reporting, and operational projects. Collaborates with medical and hospital staff and supports medication safety, clinical services, and professional development.

Provides technical ophthalmic services under an Ophthalmologist’s direction, including patient history, visual acuity screenings, refractometry, tonometry, lensometry, exam preparation, equipment maintenance, and documentation. Supports licensed staff in delivering safe, efficient patient care and assists with examination and treatment of eye disorders.
