Provide comprehensive evaluation and longitudinal management of pediatric epilepsy and general neurology patients. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for epilepsy surgery evaluations, interpret EEG/monitoring, support program development, quality improvement, teaching, and grow the Level 4 Epilepsy Center serving Central California.

Provide acute inpatient pediatric care, surgical co-management, and ED consultations; participate in teaching residents and fellows; work in a flexible, team-based hospitalist schedule without newborn or NICU duties.

Supports development, implementation, and evaluation of quality and patient safety programs for complex cardiac care. Coordinates performance improvement projects, conducts peer review stewardship, analyzes clinical and operational data, identifies trends, and recommends process improvements. Provides consultation, education on QI methodologies, and supports monitoring of quality, safety, and patient experience outcomes.
