As a Software Engineer, Test & Infrastructure II, you will develop automated test frameworks and validate real-time call flows while collaborating with peers in a hybrid environment.

Lead and execute technical projects across Engineering, Product, and Operations. Define scope, timelines, and success metrics; manage backlogs, releases, UAT, documentation, stakeholder communications, and retrospectives to deliver scalable, reliable product and platform enhancements.

Design, build, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks and CI/CD-integrated pipelines. Lead functional, integration, regression, and performance testing across distributed systems and telephony platforms. Mentor engineers, analyze failures using logs/metrics, execute load/stress tests, and improve test infrastructure, reliability, and engineering productivity.
