Evaluate incoming transcripts for transfer credit, create degree plans for transfer students, assist with academic advising and registration, maintain transfer equivalencies and curriculum data in the advising system, support faculty and Registrar Office processes, handle NCAA eligibility and enrollment verifications, update procedures, train advisors, and assist with student records, graduation, and special projects.

Manage the university's websites and digital presence: maintain the CMS, create sub-sites and forms, optimize SEO and UX, monitor analytics, support email campaigns and digital signage, and collaborate with internal teams to drive engagement and enrollment.

Lead donor identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship to support the Vision 2030 Capital Campaign. Coordinate campaign components, work with alumni and campus stakeholders, plan and execute visits and events, expand donor base, and represent the university while supporting its Catholic mission.

Recruit and enroll qualified students within an assigned territory, build and maintain strategic partnerships, generate inquiries and conduct recruitment events, record contacts in Slate, assist applicants through the application process, and collaborate with student success advisors to support enrollment goals.

Performs sheetrock finishing and related construction and maintenance tasks including installation, mudding, priming, painting, framing, flooring, ceilings, and grounds work. Operates light and heavy equipment for grounds and snow removal, follows safety and regulatory procedures, and supports the University's Catholic mission and hospitality culture.

Lead enrollment-driven marketing initiatives across channels (print, web, email, social, digital advertising). Provide supervised exercise services at the Exercise Clinic, assist with lab classes and competency testing, supervise Personalized Exercise Program assessments, maintain office hours, enter clinic and program data, participate in marketing/outreach, attend weekly GA meetings, and support departmental needs in line with the university's mission.

Provide front-desk hospitality and switchboard support, coordinate scheduling and campus visits, manage supplies and correspondence, assist with events, travel and onboarding, perform data entry and system workflows, document procedures, and provide cross-training and backup coverage for Enrollment Services.
