Provides administrative support to pediatric primary care and clinical informatics sections. The role also provides platform governance, committee participation, mentoring, and support for the Huron Research Suite in a hybrid environment.

Coordinates community-based projects at UAMS by implementing work plans, managing outreach, organizing events and stakeholder meetings, overseeing administrative tasks, and supporting project documentation and evaluation. The role also develops and trains staff on standard operating procedures, contributes to process improvement, and ensures project activities align with funding agency requirements while collaborating across teams.

Coordinates grant project activities with the Project Director, team members, community partners, clinical sites, and stakeholders. The Communications Manager will develop and execute marketing and communications strategies for community health programs. Build and maintain relationships with community physicians to support UAMS hospital and specialty service line growth. Coordinates behavioral health data collection across UAMS and partner clinics. Collects, enters, and analyzes survey and project data; ensures accurate entry into the SAMHSA SPARS database; supports grant evaluation and reporting requirements; and prepares reports for executive committee review. The role also manages multiple programs, collaborates with clinical partners, and performs related administrative duties.

Manages procurement transactions, including requisitions, purchase orders, match exceptions, capital equipment, leases, and contracts. Leads bid development and execution, prepares bid documentation, ensures compliance with state and university purchasing policies, and mentors procurement specialists. Coordinates with internal and external stakeholders and supports special projects assigned by the Procurement Manager.

Support, configure, maintain, and optimize Epic ASAP and related clinical applications. Troubleshoot issues, analyze workflows with stakeholders, manage implementations/upgrades, monitor performance and integrations, and mentor team members to ensure system reliability and regulatory compliance.
