Provides direct nursing care in UAMS orthopaedic and sports medicine outpatient clinics. Responsibilities include patient triage, care coordination, appointment and referral management, medical clearance coordination, patient and family education, transitions of care, and development of individualized health plans in collaboration with providers.

Supports UAMS Graduate Medical Education accreditation by coordinating ACGME reporting, compliance monitoring, committee activities, program reviews, site visits, documentation, policies, workflows, and special projects. Serves as a resource for program directors, coordinators, residents, fellows, and other stakeholders while tracking deadlines and accreditation requirements.
