Provides administrative support to pediatric primary care and clinical informatics sections. Coordinates office activities, meetings, scheduling, purchasing, travel, expense reimbursements, credentialing, IT inventory, security access, records, facilities requests, and daily office operations. Maintains tracking spreadsheets and department website profiles while supporting faculty, candidates, and students.

Develops and maintains Salesforce reporting solutions, dashboards, data products, ETL processes, data pipelines, and automated reporting workflows. Translates stakeholder needs into accurate, reusable data products, documents reporting logic, supports data governance, and troubleshoots integrations and connectivity issues. Designs and monitors AI-assisted reporting processes, including prompts, validation rules, human-review checkpoints, and compliance controls. Collaborates with technical and nontechnical stakeholders and supports responsible use of analytics and automation tools.

Manages post-award grant accounting for the Department of Pediatrics, including award setup, financial reporting, invoicing, effort reporting, payroll allocations, budget management, compliance analysis, subcontract review, and award closeout. The role oversees the full grant cycle, prepares complex financial reports, supports audits and regulatory reviews, advises leadership and researchers, provides training, and resolves complex financial and compliance issues.
