Own go-to-market strategy and requirements plans for software products, including target personas, value propositions, messaging, competitive positioning, and commercial plays. Develop market intelligence, positioning frameworks, campaigns, content, and sales enablement assets. Partner with product, marketing, sales, and channel teams to execute launches, track engagement and conversion, and communicate results. Serve as a customer, press, and industry spokesperson.

Serve as a Business Applications analyst supporting digital transformation: gather and translate business and technical requirements, design NetSuite and integrated SaaS solutions, lead UAT and testing, perform data analysis and reporting, drive process improvements, support SOX and compliance, coordinate with vendors, and train users.

Serve as the FP&A business partner for Commercial and GTM teams, owning end-to-end revenue forecasting, rolling models, and weekly/monthly reporting. Provide variance analysis, dashboards, pricing/promotional analysis, and strategic recommendations to Sales and Finance leadership to inform investment and GTM decisions.
