Partners cross-functionally with Engineering, Finance, Sales, and Operations to strengthen supply resilience, manage material availability, and optimize total cost of ownership.

Provides high-level administrative and operational support to C-level executives and leadership teams. Responsibilities include complex calendar management, meeting and travel coordination, executive communications, briefing preparation, event and onsite-week planning, project follow-up, recruiting logistics, office administration, and confidential information handling. Uses generative AI and workflow automation to improve productivity while maintaining accuracy, discretion, and data privacy in a hybrid work environment.

Own go-to-market strategy and requirements plans for software products, including target personas, value propositions, messaging, competitive positioning, and commercial plays. Develop market intelligence, positioning frameworks, campaigns, content, and sales enablement assets. Partner with product, marketing, sales, and channel teams to execute launches, track engagement and conversion, and communicate results. Serve as a customer, press, and industry spokesperson.

Serve as a Business Applications analyst supporting digital transformation: gather and translate business and technical requirements, design NetSuite and integrated SaaS solutions, lead UAT and testing, perform data analysis and reporting, drive process improvements, support SOX and compliance, coordinate with vendors, and train users.
