Leads global procurement and strategic sourcing for electronics manufacturing, including supplier strategy, negotiations, cost reduction, contract manufacturing, supply planning, inventory policy, NPI support, supplier performance, and S&OP alignment. Builds and mentors procurement and materials planning teams while improving ERP/MRP-driven replenishment, purchase order workflows, and reporting. Partners cross-functionally with Engineering, Finance, Sales, and Operations to strengthen supply resilience, manage material availability, and optimize total cost of ownership.
