Provide executive-level administrative and coordination support to the Senior Vice President, Technology & AI EMEA. Manage calendars, international travel, presentations, meeting logistics, expense processing, project tracking, cross-functional communications, onboarding support, and confidential materials to ensure efficient Technology department operations.

Act as the first point of contact, managing front desk operations, greeting visitors, answering and routing calls, coordinating visitor check-ins and meetings, supporting events, handling mail/packages and badges, performing data entry and administrative tasks, and maintaining confidentiality while delivering excellent customer service.
