Serve as the mobility subject-matter expert and strategic partner to People leadership. Design and run global mobility processes, manage mobility vendors and documentation (immigration/relocation/tax), build scalable playbooks and policies, and support People Operations to optimize employee lifecycle and experience.

Support the Corporate Technical Accounting Group by preparing consolidated monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and disclosures; perform complex month‑end journal entries and reconciliations (share‑based compensation, intangibles, contingent consideration); maintain technical accounting policies; research GAAP issues; support external audits; and assist with special projects and close processes.

Provide administrative and contract administration support to two Business Affairs Executives, manage calendars and meetings, route calls and take notes, track and process agreements, review and summarize client contracts under supervision, draft correspondence, maintain records and precedent charts, serve as client and industry contact, conduct research, and support special projects in a fast-paced entertainment environment.
