The Executive Assistant will provide administrative support to senior leaders in Technology, managing calendars, travel logistics, communication, and special projects while handling confidential information professionally.

The Senior Manager will drive employee experience, partner with leadership, provide HR support, refine policies, and promote engagement and wellbeing across teams.

Provide administrative support to the Music department: schedule meetings, maintain rosters and contact lists, compile show and ticket figures, manage guest lists, assist with contracting and immigration paperwork, prepare finance reports, take meeting notes, provide desk cover, and support events and daily ad hoc tasks.
