Supports client accounting across the commercial deal lifecycle, including booking data maintenance, invoice preparation, payment allocation, collections, reporting, month-end close, and discrepancy resolution. The role coordinates with agents, assistants, production teams, clients, and finance partners, responds to financial queries, reviews bookings for accuracy and compliance, and contributes to process improvements. It requires strong organisation, attention to detail, stakeholder communication, and the ability to manage high transaction volumes.

Supports end-to-end client accounting for comedy bookings, including booking data maintenance, invoicing, payment allocation, collections, artist statements, reporting, and month-end close. The role manages high transaction volumes, resolves financial queries, coordinates with agents and clients, maintains data accuracy, and contributes to process improvements and operational continuity.

Manages finance and operational workflows, including invoice payments, remittance reconciliation, vendor and client onboarding, employee access processes, and product placement operations. Builds Airtable schemas, automations, dashboards, and process guardrails; supports Salesforce and Hive systems; documents SOPs; and partners with planning and leadership on forecasts, utilization reporting, and operational improvements.
