Designs eLearning, video, instructor-led training, job aids, and performance support for safety, compliance, operations, onboarding, and leadership initiatives. Consults with stakeholders and frontline employees, manages multiple projects, applies accessibility standards, supports learning systems as needed, and helps establish organizational development practices.

Perform general ledger accounting, reconciliations, journal entries, variance analysis, fixed asset and prepaid expense tracking, regulatory reporting, financial statement preparation, and month-end/year-end close support. The role also coordinates external audit requests, reviews ACH and wire transfers, maintains internal controls, and recommends process improvements for accounting operations.

Provides timely customer support through professional phone communication, call routing, report preparation, file maintenance, paperwork, and research of dispatches and bills of lading. Maintains customer information, communicates with management and dispatch teams, and prioritizes multiple administrative tasks while promoting safety, confidentiality, accuracy, and dependable service.

Process company and lease driver payroll accurately and on time. Enter deductions and non-invoice payments, prepare settlement documentation, process weekly Comdata wires, file and scan payroll records, issue Comdata cards, monitor emails, and provide customer service to drivers and company service centers. The role also supports lease payroll, handles phone inquiries, maintains confidentiality, and completes related administrative duties in a normal office environment.

Supports the center manager and oversees transportation operations associates, drivers, technicians, fleet manager schedules, staffing, load prioritization, driver assignments, customer communication, compliance, paperwork, and reporting. Assists with hiring and training, supports business development, and assumes overall center operations during the manager’s absence.

Lead enterprise FP&A across a transportation and logistics organization, including planning, forecasting, consolidated P&L modeling, KPI reporting, dashboards, and executive presentations. Partner with operational and corporate leaders to improve profitability, capital efficiency, and decision-making. Integrate data from TMW, TMT, Microsoft GP, and other systems using Power BI, SQL, and Excel. Manage a small team, strengthen financial controls, and support strategic initiatives including pricing, fleet investment, network optimization, and M&A analysis.
