Maintains driver qualification files and compliance records to ensure adherence to DOT and FMCSA requirements. Reviews roadside inspection reports and MVRs, tracks training records, gathers documentation from drivers and dispatchers, resolves compliance issues, supports audits, and prepares reports. The role also communicates with independent contractors regarding qualification and leasing requirements and assists with driver onboarding and special compliance projects.

Owns instructional design projects end to end, from performance analysis and solution consulting through development, launch, evaluation, and improvement. Designs eLearning, video, instructor-led training, job aids, and performance support for safety, compliance, operations, onboarding, and leadership initiatives. Consults with stakeholders and frontline employees, manages multiple projects, applies accessibility standards, supports learning systems as needed, and helps establish organizational development practices.

Perform general ledger accounting, reconciliations, journal entries, variance analysis, fixed asset and prepaid expense tracking, regulatory reporting, financial statement preparation, and month-end/year-end close support. The role also coordinates external audit requests, reviews ACH and wire transfers, maintains internal controls, and recommends process improvements for accounting operations.
