Inspect EV and battery-line components, raw materials, and machined parts using precision measurement tools. Verify material and supplier documentation while collaborating with cross-functional engineering and manufacturing teams.

Manage end-to-end EV charging infrastructure programs spanning home chargers, fast chargers, hardware, firmware, integrations, certification, interoperability testing, and field trials. Coordinate engineering, suppliers, commercial teams, service groups, CPOs, and fleet partners. Track milestones, risks, quality, regulatory compliance, rollout schedules, dashboards, and executive reporting while driving technical integration and compatibility testing.

Lead electronics product industrialization from prototype through mass production. Responsibilities include DFM and DFT reviews, production documentation, EMS and supplier coordination, NPI builds, test fixture and station qualification, yield and quality ownership, component qualification, cost reduction, firmware flashing, and hardware-software integration validation.

Conduct detailed failure analyses of vehicle electrical and electronic systems, subsystems, components, and off-the-shelf parts. Classify failures, identify root causes with cross-functional teams and vendors, recommend cost-effective corrective actions, support deployment across R&D, manufacturing, and field sites, and build organizational failure-analysis knowledge and documentation.

Handles customer queries, complaints, and escalations through email and phone. Coordinates with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues within defined turnaround times, tracks open tickets, maintains accurate CRM records, follows SOPs and SLAs, and supports customer interaction reporting and process improvement.

Lead enterprise Lean and Six Sigma deployment across automotive manufacturing plants and corporate functions. Manage cross-functional continuous improvement projects, review DMAIC and PDCA milestones, mentor improvement specialists, and improve OEE, throughput, quality, takt adherence, line balancing, and inventory turns. Partner with manufacturing, quality, supply chain, engineering, and plant leadership while ensuring standards compliance and presenting performance results to senior stakeholders.
