Lead electrical and electronics sourcing initiatives, including should-cost modeling, vendor evaluation, supplier relationship management, SPMs and QBRs. Mentor junior talent, lead new product introductions, maintain program timelines, identify emerging electronics and software solutions, and support rapid prototype development for engineering validation. The role includes domestic and international vendor travel.

Design conversion-focused websites, landing pages, user journeys, and scalable design systems. Translate brand, product, and performance goals into intuitive responsive interfaces, collaborate with marketing, growth, product, and development teams, and optimize experiences through user behavior data and experimentation. Ensure high-performance, pixel-perfect execution across devices while connecting design decisions to business outcomes.

Owns the quality management system by implementing and improving ISO 9001 processes, conducting internal audits, maintaining QMS documentation, coordinating certification audits, leading management reviews, monitoring KPIs, initiating CAPA, and training employees on quality requirements.
