Ultraviolette UI/UX Designer — Web Experience

We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer who doesn’t just design websites—but engineers desire. Someone who understands that every pixel, every interaction, and every scroll has a job to do: move the user closer to action.

Your Mission
Design immersive, high-performance web experiences that convert curiosity into intent—and intent into action.
What You’ll Do
Craft visually striking, conversion-focused websites and landing pages
Design seamless user journeys that reduce friction and accelerate decision-making
Translate brand, product, and performance goals into sharp, intuitive interfaces
Build and evolve design systems that scale across web touchpoints
Collaborate with growth, marketing, and product teams to launch and iterate fast
Work closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect execution
Continuously optimize experiences using data, user behavior, and experimentation
Push boundaries—bringing a sense of speed, precision, and aspiration into every interaction
What You Bring
3–4 years of experience designing digital products, with a strong focus on web experiences
A portfolio that demonstrates modern aesthetics + real conversion impact
Strong command over visual design fundamentals—typography, layout, hierarchy, motion
Deep understanding of user behavior, decision psychology, and UX patterns
Proficiency in Figma and modern design workflows
Experience designing responsive, high-performance websites across devices
Ability to think beyond screens—connecting design to business outcomes
Bonus (But Valuable)
Experience with Shopify design & development
Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and funnel design
Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end constraints
Skills Required
