Serves as a subject matter expert and liaison among operational leaders, IT teams, clients, vendors, auditors, and regulators while supporting training and product evolution.

Prepares and submits federal and state mortgage regulatory reports, including Mortgage Call Reports and HMDA LARs. Tracks reporting deadlines and recertifications, maintains SharePoint calendars and procedures, validates data, coordinates responses across business areas, and supports audits and examinations. The role also assists with OFAC screening, investigates reporting issues, and ensures compliance with mortgage licensing and regulatory requirements.

Reviews foreclosure referrals, financial figures, pre-sale checklists, and legal documents for accuracy and regulatory compliance. Manage mortgage loan closing pipelines, prepare and verify closing documents, ensure compliance with investor and federal guidelines, resolve closing issues, submit loans for funding, and maintain service, quality, and production standards. The role requires knowledge of Conventional, FHA, VA, and Jumbo loan products, TRID compliance, mortgage processing, underwriting procedures, and effective communication with borrowers, vendors, and internal teams.

Handles escalated mortgage servicing calls, resolves customer issues, identifies root causes, documents improvement opportunities, and coordinates with call center leadership and other business lines. The role develops controls and processes, identifies opportunities to reduce losses and increase income, supports advance funding and securitization, reviews unclaimed funds, and collaborates with Finance, servicing, reporting, claims, and leadership teams.

Develops and maintains enterprise data warehouse solutions, relational database schemas, ETL pipelines, and automated data processes. Processes and monitors mortgage insurance and escrow payments, resolves exceptions, maintains payee and servicing data, prepares reports, and provides customer service to borrowers, investors, vendors, and payees. The role ensures compliance with servicing policies, investor requirements, and regulations while identifying process trends, recommending improvements, and supporting special projects.

Maintains accurate mortgage servicing and escrow data, processes timely tax and escrow disbursements, resolves exceptions, researches tax issues, and communicates payment changes to borrowers, payees, investors, vendors, and internal customers.
