Tuvoli is a fintech platform modernizing private air charter payments and commerce. They are hiring across the organization for operators with fintech/payments experience to help scale platform, payments, bank integrations, and marketplace capabilities. Candidates should demonstrate familiarity with payments, banking-as-a-service, merchant processing, card issuance, embedded finance, and AI-native fraud/compliance solutions.

Lead day-to-day marketplace operations for Tuvoli’s air charter platform: manage sourcing, quoting, fulfillment, and a student/early-career team; build scalable processes; liaise with brokers and operators; partner with product/engineering to improve tooling; mentor Embry-Riddle students into high performers.

Lead architecture and delivery of scalable, secure platform initiatives. Provide hands-on engineering, design high-performance systems, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product and business stakeholders.

Lead development and delivery of payments-related product features: write requirements and user stories, manage backlog and sprints, coordinate integrations, ensure operational and compliance readiness, support testing, releases, and maintain product documentation.

Sell and onboard Part 135 charter operators in the Northeast, owning full sales cycle from prospecting to implementation, managing pipeline and forecasts, driving new client acquisition and expansion, and supporting adoption and product feedback.
