Lead day-to-day marketplace operations for Tuvoli’s air charter platform: manage sourcing, quoting, fulfillment, and a student/early-career team; build scalable processes; liaise with brokers and operators; partner with product/engineering to improve tooling; mentor Embry-Riddle students into high performers.

Lead architecture and delivery of scalable, secure platform initiatives. Provide hands-on engineering, design high-performance systems, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product and business stakeholders.

Sell and onboard charter operators and brokers onto Tuvoli's fintech marketplace, drive operator activation and tail growth, manage pipeline and KPIs, represent the company at industry events, and collaborate with leadership to refine positioning and onboarding.
