Teams at Tuvoli

Own accounting operations, financial reporting, close processes, internal controls, cash-flow forecasting, and audit coordination. Build scalable, AI-first financial infrastructure, including ERP, bill-pay, banking, and revenue recognition systems. Partner with Product, Engineering, and the CFO on financial data flows, reporting, fundraising, investor relations, and M&A due diligence. The role requires payments or travel-tech revenue expertise, CPA certification, and experience leading finance functions in high-growth environments.

Lead day-to-day marketplace operations for Tuvoli’s air charter platform: manage sourcing, quoting, fulfillment, and a student/early-career team; build scalable processes; liaise with brokers and operators; partner with product/engineering to improve tooling; mentor Embry-Riddle students into high performers.

Lead architecture and delivery of scalable, secure platform initiatives. Provide hands-on engineering, design high-performance systems, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product and business stakeholders.
