Deploy and implement Tufin network security solutions for customers across planning, design, installation, configuration, testing, integrations, documentation, training, and adoption. The role designs customizations using Python, APIs, GraphQL, and SQL; provides technical consulting, health checks, best-practice guidance, and customer support; and collaborates with account and project teams. Strong networking, firewall, cloud, Linux administration, communication, presentation, and customer-facing skills are required, with willingness to travel.

Prospects across EMEA in English and a second language, qualifies inbound leads, runs outbound campaigns, researches stakeholders, handles objections, schedules qualified appointments, maintains Salesforce data, and collaborates with Sales and Marketing. The role includes coaching and enterprise sales training, with a path toward Account Executive responsibilities after sustained performance.

Provides Tier 2 technical support to global customers and partners using the Tufin product suite. Troubleshoots operating system, networking, firewall, and integration issues through resolution; manages customer ticket queues and communications; supports product implementation; liaises with internal teams; documents best practices; and supports the EMEA region.
