Supports EHR go-live, post-go-live, surge activities, process improvement, and stakeholder coordination. Requires VA clinical informatics experience and eligibility for Public Trust clearance.

Evaluates and improves healthcare information systems, EHR workflows, clinical processes, usability, safety, and user effectiveness. Conducts workflow and task analysis, usability testing, observations, interviews, and feedback sessions. Supports EHR Go-Live, post-Go-Live stabilization, workflow optimization, and field usability activities. Documents risks and recommendations while collaborating with clinical, informatics, and technical teams using human-centered design, accessibility standards, and SAFe Lean-Agile practices.

Provides PMO and executive support across large-scale federal initiatives by coordinating governance meetings, maintaining schedules and documentation, tracking milestones, risks, dependencies, decisions, and action items, preparing dashboards and PowerPoint briefings, and coordinating stakeholders. The role supports project managers and senior leadership with communications, deliverable reviews, process documentation, and organizational transformation activities.

The TBM Analyst will enhance IT cost transparency, provide financial analysis, and support the TBM Cost Transparency Model for the Department of Veterans Affairs.
