Leads organizational change management and operational readiness for large federal transformation programs. Responsibilities include stakeholder engagement, readiness and impact assessments, change and communication strategies, organizational design recommendations, adoption and training programs, risk mitigation, and advising government clients and program leadership. The role also coordinates change interventions, measures adoption and effectiveness, and builds sustainable client change-management capabilities. Fully remote with occasional onsite travel to Arlington, VA or Washington, DC.

Build and maintain workflow applications, relational data structures, data pipelines, SQL logic, REST API integrations, dashboards, and reporting outputs for a federal health client. Perform data validation, testing, documentation, code reviews, and release support while collaborating in an Agile environment. The role requires Python and SQL proficiency, strong technical fundamentals, and the ability to learn low-code platforms and federal delivery practices. Occasional travel to client locations may be required.

The TBM Analyst will enhance IT cost transparency, provide financial analysis, and support the TBM Cost Transparency Model for the Department of Veterans Affairs.

Manage full lifecycle recruiting for federal consulting roles: source passive and active candidates, prescreen, coordinate interviews, execute offers/letters of intent, partner with BD and hiring managers to support current and pipeline Key Personnel needs.
