Supports investor reporting and portfolio growth for floorplan and rental participation programs. Responsibilities include setting up dealer credit lines, maintaining Solifi records, updating allocation analyses, evaluating eligible loans against concentration limits, transferring loans between portfolios, reinvesting loans, and completing month-end reconciliations and reporting packages.

Build and optimize reporting pipelines, data flows, databases, and reporting infrastructure. Create complex SQL reports, SSRS dashboards, stored procedures, views, schedules, and automated distributions. Manage relationships with RV and marine dealerships to grow loan originations and funded volume. Responsibilities include outbound prospecting, dealer onboarding and training, financing deal structuring, application follow-up, communicating approvals and funding requirements, re-engaging inactive dealers, documenting activity in the CRM, and resolving dealer issues. Success is measured through booked deals, funded loan volume, dealer engagement, retention, satisfaction, and sales activity.

Assists the Remarketing Manager with repossession, sale, and post-sale processes for company-owned real estate and manufactured home assets. Responsibilities include compiling and distributing asset information, processing and assessing vendor invoices, updating servicing systems and shared drives, maintaining compliance, and supporting liquidation and loss accounting activities.

Creates and audits investor loan packages for regulatory, investor, and program compliance. Reviews risk, appraisals, LTV, ATR/QM limits, and loan-level discrepancies; resolves exceptions with third-party auditors; manages collateral and trailing documents; tracks shipments and retention requirements; and maintains physical loan files. The role requires detailed administrative processing, document control, communication, teamwork, and lifting file boxes weighing 30–40 pounds.

Supports loan officers with administrative tasks, client outreach, inbound call overflow, email assistance, scheduling, reporting, and vacation or absence coverage. Manages updates related to expiring locks, rejected COFs, outbound-call needs, meeting notes, and post-meeting activities. Requires mortgage processing experience, attention to detail, independent and collaborative work skills, Encompass and Composer knowledge, and preferably Spanish bilingual ability.
