Supports change activities across strategic and business-as-usual initiatives. Responsibilities include stakeholder identification, impact assessments, readiness activities, communications, training support, workshops, change planning, reporting, and tracking risks and milestones. The role partners with project teams, managers, product owners, business analysts, and stakeholders to support adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working across a diverse portfolio.

Review and process retail loan documents through settlement, verify customer and contract information, complete credit and compliance checks, resolve outstanding requirements with dealerships, and activate contracts for payment. The role operates in a high-volume, regulated environment with a rotating seven-day roster. It includes extensive onsite training, supported learning, coaching, and opportunities to develop a career in lending and credit.

Provide first-point customer support for Toyota Fleet Management clients, prepare quotes, convert opportunities into orders and contracts, and support regional sales teams. Manage quotations, follow-ups, reporting, customer relationships, pricing, margin management, and value-added solutions while coordinating with dealerships, relationship managers, sales managers, and internal stakeholders.

Manage customer receivables by allocating and receipting payments, following up overdue accounts, reconciling debtor accounts, investigating discrepancies, updating customer information, managing enquiries, and coordinating customer requests. The role also supports Relationship and Sales Managers, maintains internal documents and processes, and contributes to customer service and sales portfolio success in a part-time position.

Provides administrative and sales support to customer and sales teams by preparing documents, updating records, responding to enquiries, coordinating requests, tracking orders, reconciling debtor accounts, maintaining documentation, and preparing reports. The role builds customer relationships, supports sales portfolio growth, resolves issues, and contributes to efficient day-to-day team operations.
