What You'll Contribute
As a Customer Support Representative, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our Toyota Fleet Management (TFM) customers. Acting as a trusted first point of contact, you'll provide timely support, resolve customer enquiries, and help create a seamless customer experience across every interaction.
Working closely with our Relationship Managers and Sales Managers, you'll build strong customer relationships, provide proactive sales support, and contribute to the ongoing growth and success of our fleet portfolio. Your ability to manage multiple priorities, support customers, and identify opportunities for improvement will help drive positive outcomes for both our customers and the business.
What You'll Be Doing
• In this fast-paced and customer-focused role, you'll support the sales team and play a key part in achieving business performance targets by:
• Prepare customer quotes and convert opportunities into orders and contracts, delivering a seamless customer experience.
•Support the regional sales team in achieving key sales and performance objectives.
• Proactively manage customer quotations, follow-ups, and reporting to drive successful outcomes.
• Build strong relationships with customers, dealerships, and internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional service.
• Identify opportunities to enhance profitability through effective pricing, margin management, and value-added solutions.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused professional who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and working collaboratively within a high-performing team.
You'll bring:
• Tertiary qualifications in a business-related discipline (preferred but not essential)
• Previous experience in customer service, sales support, account coordination, or a similar customer-facing role
• Exposure to fleet management, finance, leasing, or the automotive industry (highly regarded)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
•High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate, quality outcomes
• The ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment
